      I canceled my GoPro subscription as soon as I bought the camera. I tried to use the camera during the first year period and it wouldnt work unless I subscribed and I didnt. Then they resubscribed me without my permission. I got nowhere with customer service. I feel ripped off and will never buy another GoPro. I will pursue a charge back with my credit card.

      II recently purchased the GoPro Karma drone, and it has been a complete disappointment. Not only is the product itself no longer supported by GoPro, rendering it utterly useless, but the company's response to my concerns has been even more disappointing.When I contacted GoPro to inquire about potential solutions or compensation for my now obsolete drone, their response was nothing short of infuriating. They bluntly stated that there would be no refund or assistance of any kind, leaving me with a hefty financial loss and a piece of technology that serves no purpose.This lack of responsibility for their products and complete disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. ********************** should take ownership of the fact that they sold a product they are no longer willing to support, and they should offer some form of resolution for their customers who have been left in the lurch.The utter lack of empathy and customer service I encountered during this ordeal is astonishing. It's disheartening to see a company with such a well-known brand name treating their customers with such disdain.In conclusion, I would strongly advise against purchasing any GoPro products, as they have demonstrated a complete lack of responsibility for their products and a severe deficiency in customer service. My experience with ********************** has been a costly ****** in choosing a reliable and customer-centric brand.

      I ordered the GoPro Creator Bundle on July 19th, 2023. Per their website it says "Orders placed before 4 p.m. EST will be shipped today.Orders placed after 4 p.m. EST will be shipped the next day" but yet I still have not received my package. The website says there is nothing to display yet, and when I talk to customer support, who is worthless, they just say that it is in their warehouse and will be shipping soon. When I ask for a refund they say they can not refund until after the product is received and returned within 30 days which is the most absurd thing I have ever heard. I personally do not trust this process as so many people have complained that they were still never refunded. At this point I am going to my bank to reverse this charge, and the police.

      GoPro subscription service is a RIP OFF! I purchased the GoPro as a gift along with a year of subscription service. Because the camera did not arrive in time, my friend never got to use it. He never used the subscription AND GoPro renewed without giving notice. They refused to to refund $49.99 after I canceled. I never knew until I received my credit card.Customer service assured me that going forward they will not bill me anymore. WHAT? Terrible company.

      I ordered a camera through their website and was supposed to be delivered to **** but have never made it to my place. Gopro's costumer service is a joke, and they don't do anything to help. Please, don't buy from them. They are a scam!

      GoPro sold the Karma drone. The no longer sell it and have divested themselves of any fixes or support. Thousand of owners of the Karma drones are left with drones that are useless after investments of over a thousand dollars.

      this is one of the only companies I can think of that doesn't refund a subscription if you don't want it. Very shady practices for 2023. a major source of revenue for them is scheming their customers into subscriptions, look at any of their reviews on any website or social media.

      ??BEWARE GoPro Subscriptions!?? Signed up for a 1-year subscription that I cancelled the same day it renewed.??? GoPro still charged my account?? multiple times. ******************* Unhelpful, hiding behind 'company policy'.??????? Their 'benefits'? Not used once!?? Don't be their next victim, your money deserves better respect!???? #GoProRipOff ??????

      I bought my GoPro 11 February 15, 2023 off the Gopro.com website. Included in the Gopro 11 + Accessories bundle at that time was a one-year free subscription to the go pro service. The price of the subscription was removed at checkout on the website due to the promotional offer that was included in the price of my purchase.
      On that date Gopro pulled the funds from my account, reversed the charge then pulled them again for the same transaction. I believe this is where the cancelation occurred on their end but not until I filed for a replacement gopro because the charging port melted while charging 3 months after purchasing the camera!
      After getting my GoPro and setting up my app on my phone, it stated in the app one-year complimentary subscription as indicated which I sent in screenshots of and I did have access to all the features from February until we started this process of having my gopro 11 replaced because the charging port melted.
      They refused to grant me the service they advertised that was supposed to be included with my bundle purchase and promptly closed my casefile even after uploading all the nessascary documents to prove my case.
