      Went from ***** Fargo to CMG because ***** Fargo had us stuck in underwriting for over a month. It was a NIGHTMARE! ************ team got everything done so quickly with absolutely no hassle. It was amazing to deal with ****** after the nightmare of ***** Fargo. She was extremely thorough, amazing communication and, explained things in simple terms for my husband and I. I absolutely recommend CMG & if you can get ******, the process will be smooth.

      The communication could have been better. I worked with two staff and was asked on several occasions to resubmit documents that had been given to one of them. The closing timeline changed throughout the process from what was originally stated due to the ineffective communication. It was very frustrating; however I am thankful it is finally completed.

      Our loan ******** ***** over at CMG mortgage was fantastic and I can highly recommend anyone looking for a home loan to give them a try. One thing I loved was their app. It allowed me to upload all my documents, have visual visibility of what I have submitted, and what I need to submit. Great tool! It always lets me know where ** at in the overall home loan process.

      I am an active duty military and was not sure to even apply with this company. They did their best to seem helpful and caring. I attempted to withdraw a mortgage application a whole day before it was reviewed and they still processed it. However, then proceed to ignore my calls, my messages and my emails. This is an unsat way to do business and this is why I was hesitant to even apply with them. Ill make sure that no military active duty, reservist and/or veteran ever do business with this lender. Instead of holding back on my application they hurried up and processed the application. I DID NOT AUTHORIZED THEM TO MOVE FORWARD WITH THE APPLICATION.
