    Since I gotten my package, I immediately started to used it in my house. I have seen no bedbugs. All I have been seen is dead ones. This is very good product to use in my home.

    The fact that this product is safe for humans, and pets alike, is a great thing, but also, IT WORKS !!My cat suffered for years from flea bites. Now, he is frisky, and happy, and his old self again. This was the answer to our flea problems. 5 star product.

    I live this product because it really work. The only problem I have is We are retired couple and have to watch what we spend. Wish I could afford it all the time. Let me know when you have it on *** v I'll. I really love this product.

    My wife recently ordered product from BugMD. After ordering what she wanted, the software asked her if she wanted a membership. She didn't. But there was no way to say no to this offer to continue getting the product, an automatic order. My wife received a voicemail with a mostly unintelligible message from someone who didn't speak clear English. I called and left a message but nobody returned my call. I found a payment on our bank account for 127 some dollars. We received product in the mail. There was no receipt and nowhere was a list of charges.

    These guys are a bunch of scams. I ordered once and the sent another bunch without my permission and charge my charge account. I offered to sent this junk back, but would you believe they want pay postage to get it back. Dont deal with these guys unless you like being scams..

    ******. Bought spray that didnt work. My bad. Then they charged me $12.90 to be a vip member that I didnt authorize. Wasting hours trying to get refund. Be warned. ******

    Product did not work. Mouse issue seemed to get worse after using their packets. Bugmd does not respond to unhappy customers. I asked for a full refund and sent pictures after using the product but no response!!

    I bought this product to help with my rat problem. I put some Bugmd packets out, surrounding my pumpkins, and the rats still ate my pumpkin. Then when I emailed to complain and get a refund, they would only refund me money for unused packages that I return to them. I had already opened over half of my over $100 order. I tried to call them and got a person whose first language wasnt English and didn't understand me. They then put me on hold and dropped the call. Every time after that, that I called, my call went to voicemail. And they didnt call me back when I left a message. This product didnt work at all, and Bugmd wont give me a refund.
