On August 5, Placed order on ********'s web sight. Some reason didn't get confirmation number.Though strange so checked my acct. The money had been taken. I just wanted to be sure my gift ordered would be here for her party on the 13th, she will be 6. So went back to check, in ********'s web sight.at least assumed I was.Thought strange asking me all this information again. Well any ways still did not get number. So I called ******* here for 800 customer service for on line orders. They helped me and was great. Than I get email telling my membership card for 6ya. I have no idea what was going on.So I called Told them It must be a mistake because I did not wish to be a member !After a few attempts to cancel this I get a guy named ***** .I told him I did not join or give them any permission to take any money out of my acct. Said could not help me so I did ask to talk to someone that could. By this I am frustrated with him absolutely no help.I told him I was going to call ********************** and file complaint! He tells me ( Good luck) and hangs up on me. So than call my bank, have to go in and cancel my card, get new one and they help me file fraudulent merchant report on their $ **************** had no permission to do this.I also called and filling *************** complaint!My order from ******** ********* ********************************************************************.My question is how were they able to be on ********'s web sight?Business Response

*********** gave me access to one of her credit cards and I was desperate to get a solution to a problem I had but I couldn't find a customer service number for the business.
6YA kept popping up and it sounded like it was some kind of official complaint house. It said something about a one-time fee or signing up. Well they didn't charge me up one time fee and************ just called me up screaming that they charged *** on her card even after I got in contact with them and told them to cancel. I'm sorry I can't remember the exact date it was a couple of months ago.Business Response

The incident happened approx. 45 minutes ago. I THOUGHT I was reaching out to **** and I put my debit card number in expecting to get my tip that was on my **** account. I've NEVER heard of 6YA and I in no way would let them take the ****** that they stole from me. On July 20th I had an issue *************** I asked for assistance with my issue. Unbeknown to me I was transferred 6YA agent. I explained I had a charge on my credit for ***** and did not approve of the charge. The agent tells me to go and cancel my membership. I do just that.... 5 days go by call and email *************** directly 3 times with no response to my email. I was then given a phone number to call and was told I would get a call back. NO CALL BACK! Today I called briefly explained my issue for the 5th time the agent was so rude she said, "I will have a member of the team call you with in 24 hours" and then hung up. She never asked for my phone number or reconfirmed any contact information. All I want is the ***** ******* placed back in my account as I NEVER APPROVED OF THE CHARGE!!! I am getting the run around. I was googling Uber support for a charge I received when I was taken to 6YA chat room. Thinking I was chatting with Uber I asked about the Uber App and it asked for the CC card. Thinking they needed this to verifying charge I entered it. That's when I received a message thanks for signing up. I immediately canceled that subscription and have asked for a refund but have not received a response from the company. 8/5/22 I called the number ****** gave me for ******* - I was trying to reach a live person to describe my issue with ******* billing statement.
Unbeknownst to me I was greeted by 6ya agents instead. They collected my info and heard my issue. They said they'll be happy to help but needed me to fill in an application. Still thinking I was talking to ******* I complied. Finally they had me talk to actual ******* representative, who went ahead and resolved my issue.
At that point I was already lured to become 6ya member under false pretenses.
Today I discovered 2 charges - $1 and *** and realized I've been had.
I called my credit card and disputed *** charge. I then researched 6ya, found similar complaints on your site, and went thru steps to cancel 6ya "membership"
I want to make sure my money are refunded and that it is on record that 6ya is engaged in deceiving business practices.

7/31/2022 I made a mistake in trying to contact ************** and instead got 6YA for an answer. Before I knew it my debit card was charged a ** and a *** charge. There was no indication that there was going to be a charge until I got an email that I was charged. I have sent a request to be reimbursed and my membership be cancelled. I sent the request on ******** and still have received no response and there is no phone number for customer service. To me this company is a scam and shouldn't be allowed to do business,Business Response
