    I was on line looking for a way to contact UBER about a cell phone that i left after my drop off point. When I found the correct site to contact them, a form popped up asking for information. I thought it was for UBER but in reality I now know it was 6YA, Inc. I do not know what 6YA, Inc. is and am not interested in whatever services they have but they have charged my bank account $49. I want my money refunded.

    Today in my checking account I see where helpinseconds Santa Clara has charged my acct $49.00 and a $1.00 joining fee.
    I did not sign up for anything nor do I even know what this is for.
    I know nothing about this and don't know how to get in touch with them to get my money back

    My bank debit card was charge $1 and then $49 by this company after I had called Hulu with a billing issue on Sept. 30, 2022. As part of that call, I did NOT sign up for this service. I do not want this service. I want any trace of my interaction with this company deleted and I want a refund of these deceptively created charges. Furthermore, I am requesting that BBB take action to close down this deceptive and predatory company. Thank you.

    Today, I was on PayPal website inquiring about a transaction in my account when a window popped up stating to click it for further assistance. Thinking it was a PayPal request, I clicked on it. I responded to a few questions & then the window suddenly closed. I was concerned about fraud & called my bank & 2 charges by 6ya for $49 & $1 had already been charged without my knowledge to my account. When looking into 6ya I discovered that many other people had experienced the sneaky way 6ya does business.

    6ya made an unauthorized debit from my credit card.They claimed that I signed up for their services for which I never did. The amount was for 50 dollars. It occurred in the month of August 2022.

    On 9-30-2022 it was 7 pm and I was trying to order Peacock Streaming service...I had previously ordered yet i only paid for 1 month.. I wanted to pay for the Year on their special promotional offer.. I googled Peacock customer service and I dialed the number that came up... I thought I was signing up for Peacock n entered my card info....It's 19.99 for the year ..Well it was some place called 6ya-Helpinseconds that didn't say or post they were not taking my money... He told me to open another account.. And took $50 and automatically signed me up for a Membership I never asked for or Requested ..He stole $50 from me....

    I have been charged several times $49 for something I have no idea about. I don't know who these people are and how they got my credit card number. It says it's for some kind of security for software. I have never, nor will I ever, pay for something like this.

    I was calling TIVO support on 8/29/22 to get elp regarding my service with them. The call was routed to 6ya without my knowledge. He had asked my personal and credit card information and because I thought I was talking to TIVO I gave it to him. I spent a couple of hours with the support tech and he did help me with the issue with my TIVO. I noticed that I had been charged $1.00 and $49.00 on my banking statement the next day and althought I was confused by the debit from 6ya, he had helped me and it was worth the money. What I didn't know was that they had signed me up for a membership with a recurring charge of $49.00. I was happy to pay the first charge but I would like a refund for the second charge of $49.00 I received on 9/29/22. Once I realized what they had done I canceled my "Membership" that I didn't know they signed me up for..

    Today I was on my Uber account and was trying to figure out how to add a trip tip to the driver. I went to the help screen and followed there instructions. I remember it asked for the credit card I was charging the tip to and on there list it did not include the credit card so I manually entered it
    After entering it I was then put to a person who would help. I thought it was a rep from Uber. The person helped with my problem and I was able to apply a tip to the credit card for the driver. After about 45 minutes later I get a email that my credit card was charged with $49.00 for a recurring monthly charged
    From 6YA for services. I did not know how this was even from. After getting a few more emails from them I sent back a email asking why I was charged this. There email said I signed up for it and not to call the bank to dispute the charges as they will win it because they have proof that I signed up for this. I never logged into there web or anything. I was on my uber app trying to get the charge to the tip. When I entered my credit card I thought uber wanted it to verify or to charge the card I used for the trip. After a few more emails to them asking for rebursment all I was getting back was how to cancel the membership which I did. But no response back on the charge of $49.00 dollars. This somehow was missleading and I don't even know how they were even on my uber account. I did do what there web site said on how to cancel the membership. Which I did do. But nothing about getting a credit back

    I have a charge from 6YA, INC. $49.OO ON 08/05/2022 AND A CHARGE FOR 1.00 ON08/05/2022. I HAVE TRIED TO CALL THEM NUMEROUS TIMES AND THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. I got through one time in the last month and found that this charge for whatever it is was on my wife's charge card. If I entered a password they will not get back to me. My goal is to cancel this recurring charge each month. Please help me. i can't afford this
