      I cancelled my goodrx gold membership in January and they said I had till 2/22/24 to use it yet they charged me the fee 4 days before and when I called thegg to denied the charges. I was charged a late fee from my bank

      Don't use this company unless you want to just look for lower drug prices...Use Teladoc if you can, this company has the most untrust worthy medical professionals who are very lazy and just want to collect money without doing any work.What's worse if you try to call Goodrx customer service no one ever picks up or calls back.I have tried getting them to refill my prescription, however selecting any issues related to depression or anxiety and the nurse will immediately deny your refill request due to "not being controlled" so apparently if anyone ever has depression or anxiety don't go through this company to get it refilled they're just going to deny your request, won't give you a refund or give you a chance to reply as they will instantly close your visit and tell you to dial 911 or go to the ** over something that's not even bad or worse of a condition...This company is a joke.Just stick to Teladoc, it might be a little more expensive but you'll at least be better off.

      ***********************, Nurse Practitioner Diagnosed and put the prescription for me. I actually spoke to a real person for 10 seconds. Then I accidentally selected the prescription to a wrong pharmacy that is closed, which was the only local option. The nurse practitioner will not respond back to you. I cant change the pharmacy once it is selected. There is no one to help you. No real phone number. It is close to a scam. So, dont do it. Just go to a minute clinic at CVS or ********** Do not waste your money on this company.

      This company fraudulently charged my card for more than several months. It signed me up for the gold plan without my consent. It charged my card without my consent. It wont allow me to delete my credit card info. I did not sign up for a plan. I emailed them several times with no response. I went on the app this morning and hit the cancel the plan button and then found a phone number to call. I called within 2 minutes of hitting the cancel button and the representative told me he couldn't refund the charges because after I cancel the subscription it deletes ALL MY INFO , which I find to be an absolute lie. I never signed up for gold yet looking at my bank statements I now see I've been charged **** for numerous MONTHS. The representative suggested I call my bank and dispute the charges BUT that will cause my bank to have to send me a new card causing a world of more issues having to change my card numbers for bills I pay it with Ect . This is UNACCEPTABLE they can refund it but just WON'T they lie and say they can't after you hit the cancel button.

      I called to determine what savings my wife's account had earned. Told the agent I was calling on behalf of my wife and said she would come on the phone to give her approval for me to speak and I even spelled her name for him. Had to spell that email address out 3 different times and the agent (******) could not find the account. After 15 minutes of this baloney I asked for a supervisor and lo and behold he found the account. Told me it was under my wife's name - duh - that's what I told him to start. Asked for supervisor at least 5 times and got "but sir I have your account" waited another 5 minutes and he came back and said supervisor was on phone but she said to offer me consolation award. She does not even know what the problem is - just a simple way to blow the customer off. If I could have given 0 stars, I would have. PATHETIC SERVICE

      In the beginning, it was a good deal and i wasn't charged anything just like they said. Now, I came home from being away and found my credit card statement was charged $9.99 every month for the last year. I have NO idea how they got a hold of my credit card number! I called the company and they would only credit me for the last 6 months, which makes NO sense. I want ALL my money back since I NEVER authorized them to charge me anything! My prescription is $50 a year, so what would make them think that I would pay them $120 to get a $50 prescription, that I use once a year? I've been taken advantage of and I don't like it! At least I got half of my money back. And no, I DO NOT agree to the "customer review submission terms" but it's the only way anyone can leave comments.....just another scam.

      If I could give zero stars I would. I paid the $39 fee to get a script for a simple UTI only to be told I need to go to an urgent care or call my PCP for treatment. GoodRx didnt have a problem taking my money only to be turned down immediately.

      I'm a healthy 66yr old. I had a simple UTI so I decided to try GoodRx Care to talk to a Dr and get an antibiotic. I did not see their age restriction and paid $40 for the service only to find out they won't treat anyone over 65. Sounds like age discriminating to me.
