      Paid $39.00 for a 1 min 40 sec chat conversation. Just to tell me she recommended going to the ** or ****** care for a UTI cause of lower side pain along with it. Am NOT satisfied at all!! ********************* on this!

      They charged my card for a visit. Someone came into a chat and said theyd review my info and join me for a visit and then no one ever did. I got no visit, no treatment and no refund.

      Just got a coupon from Good Rx , but I needed subscription , went to my ************* he wanted a full work up for blood. But called in the subscription at CVS which Good RX said had the product. Turns out *** doesn't approve this medication and no one carries it .Wasted my morning plus big bucks for Doctors appt. Will never use Good RX again

      I hafta abide by the terms but goodrx does not and the pharmacies they have contracts with are not obligated to. I wanted 10 months of a refund and was refused. I'm ok with that. However, the pharmacy listed as a gold member pharmacy will not honor their contract. That being said it should not even pull that pharmacy up or an estimated cost for a medication they will not honor. These companies stick to our end of policies with no exceptions but have no problem changing the rules and term meanings when it comes to their side of the deal. I just want my 10 months worth of money back for the family plan I cannot use.

      Shocking is the first word that comes to mind. I signed up for the Gold membership as I needed to fill a simple prescription. It wasnt one that I needed to pick up immediately, so when I became extremely busy with work, I didnt stress about picking it ******* days after receiving the prescription, I decided I would pick it up as I finally had a day I could run errands. When I went to click on the prescription link, it notified me it had expired. So I left a text message asking what was going on. No response. I then finally called. I was informed that I would need to pay another $19 for a new consultation. The representative could not provide a reason except that it is their policy. They are clearly trying to get more money out of people, which feels both slimy and unethical. One star because they refunded the amount I paid.

      My credit card was charged and I never signed up for Goodrx. They admitted to doing this, having no information except my credit card charges. When my bank contacted them, ***, they denied and refused to repay me. Fraudulent company. Scam!

      I paid $39 for the nurse to tell me they couldnt treat me and to seek out an in person clinic. I dont feel its fair to pay for a service and not receive it. The information I gave before the appointment stated my exact history but they conveniently didnt flag me as a person they couldnt treat until I had already paid. Seems like a scam to me.
