      Went through the whole process, paid for the ************* and got a prescription written, but their system had an error and never let us select a pharmacy. After that, all we got was error messages saying they couldn't find a coupon for our pharmacy, but they had never let us choose a pharmacy/ Tried for two days using chat and called them 4 times but no one was able to anything to correct the issue. At this time we still do not have the prescription sent to a pharmacy. Their customer service is worse than zero!

      I have used this company in the past without issue, but when I started a visit for a medical issue and couldnt get into the doctors office well I was prescribed a medication that Im allergic to actually very quickly within 3 hours. I immediately messaged the nurse back letting them know, but no response. I have sent multiple follow up messages but nobody will respond and it has been 4 days. They sent me a follow up automated robot message asking if Im doing okay NO IM NOT. I called the help line which is over seas so it took forever to explain the issue. My bank has a pending refund lets see if it goes through. I will be deleting my entire account once I get the refund. Stay away from this company, I will NEVER use them again.

      I have used GoodRx several times and have been satisfied until this time. I paid ***** for a visit because I needed an antibiotic and they prescribed me one, It was a ten day prescription. It has ONLY been ten days. The antibiotic the prescribed was not strong enough so I requested if I could possibly get a stronger antibiotic and They told me I would have to pay for another ***** for a new visit to get it. I was floored. If I had went to my primary physician I would not have had to pay 2 times. This is sad. SO I am out ***** for this visit and prescription for nothing. Be aware. If your prescription doesn't work then too bad you are just out of luck. That isn't good medical practice. They are there to take your money and no concern about the patient. So at the end of the day go see your primary physician. May not be as convenient, but is worth having someone who gets called a physician to be a physician for you.

      Terrible. They had a robot respond to my message and prob had the robots chop my medicine also. I have a history of getting cipro for utis on their site from before when I deleted the app now I know why I deleted it they said according to my file and history they chose some other meds but my only history is cipro so how did they choose that other med based off my history and why and when I tried to ask questions I was ghosted further assuring that its not a real human. When you call you get sent to voicemail saying its Christmas and they will resume Dec 26th its not Christmas and they still have that voice message up so no calls can even get through. Total scam

      So I went online for help with a very simple matter that requires a prescription to cure for me bc *** meds for this issue Im allergic to. I paid $49 for them to send me a message telling me the definition of what I told them I have and what to buy *** to treat it! Im a 40 yr old woman well aware of the definition and otc things otherwise I wouldnt have been online trying to get a prescription I would have just gone to *********** This site is a complete rip off! I told them the issues I have with the *** treatment and they ended the visit and charged me $49 with NO help!!! Do not use them for anything at all! The issue I had was extremely simple!

      GoodRx does not deliver the advertised teledoc service. The providers are a third-party company who have not responded in over 24 hours on a weekday. GoodRx promises a response in 4hrs on the weekday and 8 hrs on the weekend. While I was refunded for the "visit," I never received the prescription needed. **************** representatives are unable to contact the providers, so you are directed to message the provider yourself. I also requested a supervisor to see if there was another solution, but there was no supervisor available, and I never received a return call from the supervisor. If you are looking for prompt and user-friendly service, go elsewhere.

      I submitted a request at 8:38 AM for a telehealth visit for a prescription refill that I needed ASAP. The site says that a response can be expected within four hours during business hours and eight hours outside of that window. It is now 10:00 PM, and I still haven't received a response, and the site won't let me cancel my "visit". I realized within a few hours of my request that I wouldn't get a response before my pharmacy closed, so I researched how to "cancel" the visit. However, when I clicked on "Visit History" and then clicked on the visit I had scheduled, instead of showing me the option to cancel the visit, the screen showed me a button that said "receipt" and another button that said "view messages". When I contacted ******************* they told me the same thing that I had found online: that there should have been an option for me to "Cancel" once I clicked on visit history and clicked on the upcoming appointment. When I asked for help cancelling the appointment on the back end, the agent told me that there was nothing she could for me and that I should "just keep messaging them" in the same message center where I wasn't getting a response and tell the provider that I wanted to cancel. I have not received a response to those messages either, and the company still has a hold on my account for the ******************** that were not delivered. The agent also told me that it wouldn't be until the charge actually went through that I could call her back, and she could offer a refund. For now, I plan to dispute the charge with my bank for services not delivered so that my money can be released back to me. Thankfully, I had access to a legit telehealth service with virtual visits, so I was still able to get an appointment with them immediately and had my prescription within two hours of that visit. Moral of the story for me: if you have ANY other telehealth option, use that instead. I would have saved myself stress if I had used the other service to begin with.

      I canceled my membership, and was still charged on the next cycle , I called to complain , and demand they give my money back that they stole , they said they would , never did , I kept calling , they kept lying , I STILL haven't got my money back . I think they are the worst company I have ever dealt with , AVOID THESE PEOPLE , they do not care about individuals, at all , you may as well take your money and burn it , because if they take it , you will probably never get it back NOT TO BE TRUSTED , my **** account can prove it ( I screenshot all problems , just for such reasons )
