      This company on more than one occasion allowed an outside person not connected to me from 2012 to 2023 to access and illegally modify my paid GOODRX GOLD card number associated with my pharmacy account for Kroger Pharmacy 2023, CVS 2020 and 2023, and ********* 2012. They tried mak*** my GOODRX GOLD card a universal card in both MS and **. I called several times and reported them to the Better Business Bureau after hav*** had the original cards stolen in the mail and then hav*** found evidence that someone else was us*** each one they resent. I paid for this enhance card and they let some ***** share it among themselves. I cancelled several times between 2012 to 2018 and got new ones try*** to fix this mess. I finally had someone lock out that vendor's ability to make the card and used it from the site. These criminals after a period of time and HA *** illegally gained access to my copy of the cared took my version off and used a numer that wasn't mine at the Kroger Pharmacy in **********, ** *****. They late an abusive and HATEFUL black woman that resulted me and that played games in their system with my payment receipts by mak*** it say grocery try*** to stop me from identify*** my pharmacy purchases (committ*** fraud) go into their system and add a mother card to my and several other's accounts and this company continues to honor their usage for three months until I blocked it by cancell*** that card back inNov 2023. They still tried to use it even after I cancelled that card. These people stole $29.97 from me for services not rendered because I had already moved all my prescriptions from them to the Veteran's MC down in *******, ** because that woman continued to harass me. There is a network of laid-off, broke, fired government no matter who steal*** my information as well as pharmacy employees us*** it for their friends and families. They did it both at the main stand alone CVS and the Target CVS's in GermantownN ******* and ******** **.

      Goodrx gold keeps charging my card even after cancelling my membership. no way to remove my card from system. Terrible!

      Absolutely a scam. Four day run around trying to get badly needed ******. Promises everything is takin care of and another day of nothing. One star is even a joke. If you need any measure of "service", go elsewhere!

      GoodRx partners with Fetch with the promise that ***** points will be earned on first use. I took two *** to ******* and they used the GoodRx coupon provided in the ap and iv received the discount. The receipt clearly shows GoodRx was used. Turned it into fetch and was denied with the suggestion I find pharmacy that better uses the info. I suggest you not partner with fetch if its too difficult for the user or pharmacist. It has left a bad taste in my mouth. I could have used a different service and saved as much or more but the points promised influenced my decision to use GoodRx. Poor decision on my part. I seem to have no recourse with fetch but I can change to a different RX discount service.

      Do not use Good RX! All I got was frustration. I waited ALL DAY for an online visit, my messages were not answered, and a day later I still havent received a dr visit, message, or refund.

      Half way through checking out at the pharmacy, the goodrx coupon doesn't work. There is a huge line behind me and the only options are pay the expensive pricetag or don't take the meds. Good RX is a ripoff.

      It is a scam. They had me upgrade to Gold membership with enticement to buy a medicine prescription for $20. They issued the prescription which expired when I went to fill in as I was finishing my pills from other pharmacy. They did not give any clue about short expiry and will not renew it even if I never used the prescription. They asked me to pay another $20 and provided straight the steps on how to self-cancel the membership if I do not like it. So I cancelled as I paid $10/month for several months for nothing. Now I will go to my MD and ask him to issue a prescription which I can renew with no cost and no extra visit if it expires.

      They promised convenience. What I got was a frustrating experience because, apparently their support for Apple is lacking, not to mention support for those over 65. Words accomplish nothing without action, without results. I took care of my requirements elsewhere and will not bother these people again. Age discrimination is sad, but add incompetence and it makes for a bad bad mix.

      GoodRX is horrible!! They called in a prescription that I was allergic too. When I tried to reach out they said I would have to wait 4 hours!! I waited the 4 hours and still no response. DO NOT waste your time with GoodRX
