      any company that suggests privaging helps memory is deceiving there is no evidence to show that it's any better than a placebo. Plus there is no transparency in their tests and testing that shows it does anything more than a placebo drug they keep all that behind black curtains so customers can't see. being the fact ********************** facts prevagen is deceiving practices.

      I dont ever use it, I dont know how I got it, but I keep getting charged every month and I am struggling financially already. I just want to cancel it but they make it impossible

      DO NOT use GoodRx Care for appointments!!! They do not keep their word about response time. They say that youll get same-day care and a response within 8 hours. This is a LIE. I have a UTI and waited nearly ********************************* and that never happened. Now I have to wait on a refund for 1-10 business days. I called customer service, and they basically said sorry theres nothing we can do. ??? Why cant they call the doctors and tell them to do their JOBS???

      What is the score below 1?This company sounded too good to be true at first.Then I paid them through a Credit card for the medicine that they said I could get for $ ****** plus a Membership of $25.00/ month. Then the next day, I got a phone call from them that stated that I have to talk to a other Customer Representative to verify my membership and all other I information.THAT GAVE ME A RED FLAG!I Then spoke to this person that said he is calling from Rx Savers..so I repeated again my question a s to why am I talking to another person?This person I could hardly understand! So ,I told him that I am not talking to anybody ********..all of a sudden I received an email that I have to send more documents...( including my Tax papers from 2022, .my SSS,my pay stubs of certain months,my income, and bank account information So..I emailed them back to discontinue my account/ membership.I told them that THOSE ARE PRIVATE INFORMATION..AND THAT THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.I asked for the refund of the $****** and the $25.00...and no one returned the message..nor anyone called me.

      I recently got health insurance, and the insurance broker set me up for insurance through RXSavers. I decided I did not want the health insurance, so I cancelled it. I assumed, incorrectly, that this would also cancel RXSavers. I noticed a pending charge for another month's fee for RXSavers. I called to have it cancelled and asked for a refund since I never used the benefit. They cancelled my service and led me to believe they would give me a refund of the monthly charge. When they did not, I contested it with my bank. RXSavers sent them a thick explanation of why they will not refund it. They lie. They are not nice people. Do NOT use their services if you can avoid it. I'm willing to bet they spend hundreds of dollars putting together that thick packet of information to avoid giving a refund for $44.95. Beware. They don't care.

      Got a prescription through GoodRX Care. They offered to send it to a local pharmacy and showed me a price of $10.58 with the GoodRX coupon. I go to the pharmacy, pull out the coupon, and they tell me they don't accept coupons from GoodRX. I complained to GoodRX and GoodRX said the pharmacy is not obligated to accept the coupon. Why show a coupon that the pharmacy will not accept? Just so that I can drive there and waste time? The whole idea behind a coupon is that the merchant is obligated to accept it. Complete nonsense.

      The GoodRX website offered a $5 discount for first time use if I registered for an account. Therefore I registered an account and downloaded the app. However, the pharmacy would not honor the discounted price on the coupon. It seems the discount offer for registering an account may be fraudulent.
