I upgraded to a paid account to get better pricing. When i went to the pharmacy guess wht...the prices are no good. Called for help...pharmacist was on phone with GoodRX for ONE HOUR and the representative still could not resolve the issue. I was asked to call back today....there were Zero notes left by the representative and i had to reoeat everything all over again....asked for a supervisor. The representative ***** would not let me speak to one...she kept saying she could help. Did she help??? NO...THERE WAS NOTHING SHE COULD DO SHE TOLD ME AFTER 30 MINUTES ID WASTING MY TIMEVTHAT SHE DIDNT HAVE THE POWER TO OVERRIDE ANYTHING. Perhaps if she had passed me to a SUPERVISOR LIKE I ASKED IN THE BEGINNING IF THE CONVERSATION MY PROBLEM MIGHT BE RESOLVED. I have 3 dogs extremely ill from pneumonia and its critical they gave medication. The meds they need are very expensive and im on disability. This is why i upgraded my GOODRX Zso i could get their meds. Its bee 3 days now NO HELP NO RETURN PHONE CALLS FROM GOODRX. THEY ARE FRAUDS! This company used to be legit. Obviously not anymore. They raised their price *doubled it in fact for paid membership and the service is now horrible...and customer service is a foreign call center!! I want my mobey back and to be compensated for my time and gas money.Fake prices no call backs paying $20 per month for horrible service. ****** get a supervisor to take a call. Rip off. There must be another company that honors their prices they publish.GoodRx

Instead, they had a different manufacturers generic medication, which is priced higher. We have contacted the pharmacy to check when the correct medication will be available, but unfortunately, it is on back order, and they cannot provide an estimated restock date.In the meantime, we have initiated a refund for your GoodRx Gold monthly charge. 1 starFalse advertisement of seeing a provider within minutes. After paying to see a provider, then receive a message that it could be longer after hours and on weekends. After two hours, call to customer service to be told 4-8 hour wait by a rude representative. Was told that I would need to keep the chat box open during that entire time to receive a message when there ready. Horrible treatment. Signed up for the Gold Plan and went to the pharmacy that accepted the gold card. ***** was quoted as $18.38. I get there and they said its $45. Good rx sent me back there 4 times and price remained the same. DONT buy the Gold Family Plan.. its a scam.GoodRx

I have a UTI. Did the questionnaire, paid and started my appointment at 5:05. At 5:07 I got a reply to go in to be seen somewhere and they could not help me. That wasnt even a visit. They should have an automated reply that you will need to be seen instead of taking your money for literally nothing. Ridiculous.GoodRx

I was not able to setup a telehealth eventhough I paid for GoldRx and when I called twice their customer care service they were clueless on how their website works. I asked pertinent questions for my telehealth visit and they could not assist. I have cancelled once and for all my GoldRx and as the saying goes you get what you pay for. I found out that other providers charge more but are more knowledgeable and professional on getting what I call for. Dr+GoodRx

I believe that are false advertising. I tried to use a GoodRx coupon at a CVS pharmacy. I was told that they would not accept the advertised price because, the pharmacy has a corporate policy to not accept coupons for controlled substances. If that is true, why does their website reflect controlled substances in their pricing? And if pharmacies wont honor their price, why do they publish a price as to what Ill pay?GoodRx

Absolutely terrible service! Im going on 10 days waiting on a prescription that good rx sent to the pharmacy! The pharmacy could not fill it because they needed more information from good rx! Good rx will not respond! They had no trouble taking my payment to them!!GoodRx

I will never use them again. Go to any other provider BUT THEM. I had told them in the beginning what antibiotics works for me. I am 31 years old and know my body better than anyone. The provider totally prescribed a whole new GEL and not antibiotic that I needed. Then she ended the visit without answering my questions and concerns. Its like she didnt read ANYTHING I PUT. I did not get the prescription, ended up going to urgent care. Still have not received my refund. I feel conned and scammed. Its so hard to reach them. I will NEVER use them again. NEVER !GoodRx

I wish I could leave negative 1000 stars. I paid $60, only to get connected with ***************************, NP. I was given copy-paste answers when I disclosed my condition, then without even addressing the question, she signed off on me and left a copy-paste answer stating, "Go to an ER or a doctor immediately". My condition is not an emergency one, but rather a form of pelvic-floor tightness that I've had for over two years and ************, that absolute fraud, knew these facts very well and chose to ignore the clinical information presented. I've taken screenshots of the criminally disgraceful exchange and will post them to every review board, sub-reddit and forum I can find, in hopes that at least one person thinks twice before getting scammed by this company.GoodRx

I think they just took my money. I am unable to get hold of anyone. The customer service number is nonsense. They just redirect you to email a doctor and wait at least 8 hours for a response. The last I heard back from a doctor was in the middle of the night. Now half the day is over and I have heard nothing back. I have a UTI and did not want it to become worse. I thought this would be a simple, cost effective way of handling it fast. It's now become a nightmare. My one day off of work waisted waiting on a simple antibiotic to be prescribed. How do I get my money back? They sure took that right away.GoodRx
