      These aligned caused my bottom tooth to become extremely loose. I had to get oral surgery and a splint installed in order to save my tooth. IN THE ***** OF MY MOUTH. Spent over $5K to correct. I would love more info on how I can go about siding this company for reimbursement

      I would give them a zero if I could! Ive been in aligners for a year now (same ones for 2 months and Im supposed to change them weekly. **************** is awful!! You cant talk to anyone! EVER! I have one crooked tooth and they are incapable of fixing it! I have complained and NOTHING! They dont care and they have until the 18th of December to contact me or they will be hearing from my lawyer! They have moved teeth and now my teeth are not level. As I stated my teeth were straight but one tooth turned a little and theyve made it worse and Im done trying to contact the imaginary team that has no phone number NOR can I talk to them because that department has no phones?? Never heard of a business not having phones!! Im over the run around Im getting from them! DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH BYTE ALIGNERS!!!

      I started treatment in September 2024. I received a notice to stop treatment on 11/6/2024 and to consult a local dentist due to their onboarding workflow not adequately reviewing applications against common issues which would otherwise rule out treatment. My orthodontist has stated that the Byte treatment would never work for me due to overjet and the shape/size of my teeth. I should have never been approved as a patient. I am fighting for refund for the payments I have made to date and to stop all future payments.

      My experience is the same as the other people listed. I recieved my aligners, wore them without issues and at the end of it all my smile was no different. They are a complete scam. I contacted them and they sent me in circles as well. I was asked to sign paperwork stating that they aren't liable for doing what they initial said and if I didn't sign it they wouldn't deal with me anymore. I signed it and the circles continue. I've uploaded so many pictures and all I get are links to pages that don't work. It is a complete scam. Stay away.

      Paid $2599 in Oct, received an email a few weeks later, stating they are pausing shipment & promising a refund. Since then, customer service informed me I will receive my refund within 10 days. I call two weeks later and they said within 30 more days. I call in 30 days and they say one more week. Fear they are using delay tactics, hoping to get my money back for a product I never received

      If I could give 0 stars I would. I started treatment earlier this year. I have complained of my jaw popping and being in discomfort and they assured me that this is normal. My molar is chipped where the aligner stops at from the edge of the aligner digging in that area. I have been trying to reach them but they respond with the same generic message, that I need to sign the field safety notice before they can do anything. Customer has been a joke since the beginning. I shouldve stay the orthodontist near me who does Invisalign. Cheaper isnt always best. Now Im pushing out more money to get my mouth fixed.

      Absolute waste of my money. I have a single problem with my teeth, one tooth pushed back/crooked, nothing else at all. This was put on my profile as the only problem area I had. After months and new aligners the tooth had not moved at all. They eventually told me I could not extend my treatment any further unless I paid more.The aligners are very weak and break and crack easily, so don't expect them to last long.Customer service is bad, they don't answer quickly, were not concerned with keeping in contact when I had a problem or keeping me updated with the treatment or shipments

      I paid for the replacement aligner service. I broke an aligner and requested a replacement, however the link is broken and takes me to a loop (incorrect link). I have emailed and called and done the live chat and keep getting robotic responses saying they know I have an issue and they will get back to me. It has been two weeks and calls to support just have me on hold for over an hour and it hangs up. Feels like an immense scam now! No way to get support or help and I paid thousands!

      Initially, I thought it was a good product. However, when I got to the last aligner, I still had teeth out of place. I contacted Byte and for 4 months, they sent me in circles. They asked me to complete questionnaires, send pictures (same ones, multiple times), they went *** for long periods of time, and finally they told me theyd send additional aligners, with a charge. I argued that, and they finally said theyd do it for free, but then more questionnaires, forms, going ***. Finally, after several emails with no response, they sent me a document they wanted me to sign, saying they couldnt correct all bites, essentially ridding them of responsibility, which I declined to do. So after all that time, Im left with a half-way corrected Byte. Really unscrupulous practicesIm guessing they wont last as a business.
