      Dont waste your money I paid monthly and reached out several times over 3 years and told them that my teeth where not near done they was still they way we started basically and they wouldnt respond and then all of a sudden I got an email stating they was sending me new aligners and never got them when I checked the delivery status the picture of them delivered was in ********* and Im in ** I want a refund so I can atleast get care else where this is horrible do not waste ur time nor hard earned money on this company

      I started Byte in 2022 and was promised a short 6 month plan. I am 2 years in with 2 sets of refinements and am still very displeased with my results. I've wasted money on this and still currently paying. I now have gum recession and a uneven bite. Now I can't finish out this plan to fix these issues!

      Terrible customer service. Wont help with the problems you have and was told there was a guarantee, but they will not honor it

      I had a terrible experience with Byte. I started my treatment earlier this year, but after a few months, I was very dissatisfied with the results. To make matters worse, they paused their treatment services, leaving me stuck and without the aligners I need to complete my progress. When I reached out for a refund or assistance, their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. Extremely disappointed with their lack of accountability and supportwould not recommend.

      Also would be 0/5 if I could. I had to go see my dentist for x-rays, and then they didn't send my aligners due to a "review of regulatory requirements." They said they would give me a full refund, then stopped responding. I'm still working with Care Credit for a refund, as I stupidly paid it off before I got them. They are crooks, I hope Care Credit has better business practices.

      I would give zero if I could. You cant get through on the phone to actually speak with someone and they never address your issue over email. Instead they talk you in circles and never get anywhere. Ive been attempting to get my final two aligners and retainers for almost two months. I feel like I was robbed as i was scammed out of thousands of dollars upfront for services they promised and do not deliver on. They are a joke and will take your money and never help you again.

      I used byte, got very little results, got to the end of my original trays and very displeased. But moved to retainers due to them trying to push me along and saying I have no need for refinements. Now they are no longer sending out refinements or retainers! Its suppose to be for life an now a year later I cant get a new set of retainers.

      I got the aligners and my teeth chipped. I tried to reach out to the company during their business hours and no answered instead the automated message would say no one is available and to call during business hours. I have emailed multiple times requesting a refund and every time I was told to accept the acknowledgment message on the app or from the email it was sent to me which I have said I dont want to sign it because I dont feel comfortable accepting the blame. I am not a professional dentist and if there was a concern byte could have asked for me to get clearance from a dentist in person but instead I was pushed to get them and will help align my teeth in 8 weeks. I was told by byte staff that I qualified and provided all the information I knew about my teeth. Now no one is responding back or trying to assist me in getting a refund and its looking that I have to get legal involved to get what I requested. Do not buy from this company as it is a fraud to get your money. There is no dentist expert that checks to see if the aligners are good for your teeth. The reviews you see on social media are fake and on the internet.

      I felt confident purchasing at first. I was constantly getting messages asking to check in and reminders to use the hyperbyte. I've had trouble with week 4 that I was supposed to start a month ago. Now messages are to stay in most comfortable aligner and not to use hyperbyte. The app is not so useful anymore. I'm supposed to do 25 weeks and then lifetime retainers. I have aligners up to week 15 but can't even wear week 4. I was told all of the things to do which weren't helpful at all. They were just asking for the same pictures to be taken and sent. Basically I feel, along with everyone else fairly new to Byte, that they will not be making a comeback. I might as well not finish what I already have when I won't be able to get aligners through week 25 and retainers. I should not have to pay for something I will not be receiving. I made my purchase through ****** and have monthly payments.

      I had started with Byte since 2020 but nothing was changed as I expected. It costed me $2,500 and wasted my time without any positive results.
