I started with Byte April 2024 By the time I got to weeks 4-5 of slingers i experienced a pain that woke me up out of my sleep 2am i had to take the slingers out. I never had pain like that before where my gums teeth and jaw was so sore I had to take ****** for couple days. I attempted the journey 2weeks later and my mouth was so sore and achy. I dont have teeth issues my wisdom teeth were taken out in 1999. I never had cavities or any common teeth issues. I just wanted to straight my teeth a little bit. I expressed this to Byte. Byte Management said return the equipment and then they will return my loan to the company *******. I explained I should continue to pay on a product that im not longer using and did not complet my goal due to excruciating pain. I had 60 days to return their equipment I returned it within **************************************************** No response No nothing. Took the loan Allegro sent them and ran. ******Byte

Paid in full this month of November for my treatment that I have been for three years now . When byte told me it was going to be a plan of six month guarantee they just keep making it longer. Im not happy with my results i havent got much results with my teeth. this company is just a scam to take peoples money. I will like to stop my treatment immediately and get my refund back . But Im getting no response from them.Byte

**************** is non existent. Called the customer service number waited 2 hours on hold then did the option for call back and never got a call.The aligners they initially sent did not fit my teeth. I contacted them through their live chat and service portal, and they sent me a copy and paste statement. I purchased this in July it is now November and still no progress of getting aligners. Their Loan partner is just as useless stating they are unable to provide refund when there is no way to get in contact with them. Now looks like they are requiring paperwork from the dentist 4 months after i have made purchase. What can be done about this.Byte

If I could give 0 stars I would. They are now saying they need dentist approval to continue treatment but they work with dentists?? I saw my dentist a few weeks before they sent out that email but they are saying a new visit is required. My insurance will not cover a new visit. This is a scam!!!!Byte

Terrible customer service. Took a long time just to receive the product. They told me my teeth could fixed close to 6 months. Its been almost 2 years and my byte is off, gums hurt, jaws hurt. The only customer service right now is pretty much automated and they keep telling me they can't help me if I don't sign there new agreement. And they also tell me to go to the dentist which I don't have the money to go now.Byte

Terrible customer service, havent received my remaining aligners! I have almost paid in full!! This has been going on for 3+years!!!I am formally requesting a full refund due to Bytes inability to fulfill our contract. Bytes new requirement that I see an independent dentist to complete my treatment was not part of our original agreement. This change prevents me from finishing my treatment as promised and constitutes a breach of contract.If I do not receive confirmation within 10 business days that my refund will be processed, I will pursue legal action to recover the funds for services not rendered, along with damages, and I will file a complaints with other consumer protection agencies.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.Byte

Should be zero stars. I started treatment in late 2022 with my first impression kit. I paid in full thru Care Credit a total of $2,898.00 with the protection plan and doing the night time plan. I was on my last set of aligners and was instructed to send pictures for my next set of aligners to which I did as requested. I never heard anything, called, emailed, etc. Finally received an email back to which I included my photos with the current aligners in. They then responded that I needed to send more pictures with previous sets in. Did that...then they wanted more pictures with aligners from set 3, 4 5. Which wouldn't fit and I could barely get them back off. Just a runaround. My app still says to stay in my current aligners and they will send me my new ones....it's been months and months. I have submitted everything they've asked for multiple times. If I truly had a dentist assigned to me, wouldn't they have noticed from all the pictures that there were air spots or whatever they call them? This is so frustrating to have paid all this money, and still owe Care Credit money for treatment that I am no longer receiving. I would like a refund.Byte

This company is a scam. My treatment was supposed to be only 4 months and my gums are damaged and my teeth hurt. Now they suspended services so that will delay things even more. I regret using byte, they dont care about their customers. I would like a full refund so I can actually go to a dentist and get my teeth fixed.Byte
