      I paid $2544 for aligners in 2020. I had to order 2 impression sets to get a good impression, then my aligners came in and it's like they were made for someone else's teeth. They did not fit at all. I then had to order another impression kit, the next set of aligners fit but moved my teeth a massive amount with the first aligner and cut/rubbed my gums. I continued to work with byte to try to wear the remaining aligners and went back in aligners a few times. Throughout this i had several teeth crack and a crown fall off that I attributed to byte moving my teeth too fast. What was supposed to be a quick treatment lead to several thousand in dental bills. I went with byte because of their advertisement of their own dentists and the appearance that their customer service was good, but it was really all them just trying to make a sale. I have been unable to complete treatment due to the damage to my teeth.

      I'm sick I cannot leave zero stars! I have completed my payments on time to this company and have been treated awful! The aligners never fit and have caused me to even have a tooth removed. They are avoiding any type of refund and are just a nightmare of a company!

      I started with Byte in May of 2024. I received my lower retainers already as my lower teeth were not bad at all. I am not finished with my uppers and will need refinements to get my smile to the way I want. Now Byte is telling me I have to go to the dentist and have a note saying I can continue treatment. That was never part of the agreement I signed. The app stopped working and they refuse to fix it so I haven't been able to update my progress in months. There is basically zero customer service available now and it takes a week to hear from anyone. The aligners have been straightening my teeth thus far, but now my bite is all messed up and I have a hard time biting down. This company does not hold up to its promise. They stopped manufacturing and I don't think I'll ever receive the treatment that was promised.

      I purchased these in 2019 and I reached out to them in 2020, because it took a while to get them, for refinements because I have a tooth that's obviously not straight. Even the refinements ignored my concerns, and I tried to continue to request that someone take a closer look because even my 3D rendering showed this tooth moving through another and that obviously won't work. The support suggested that I wear one for longer but they continuously overlooked my concern about my one tooth in the rendering and it not moving right. Now they are finding out all these things about not being reviewed by orthodontist, this seems directly correlated and I would like a refund for my experience please.

      I Received an email to stop wearing them because I have periodontal disease, which they already knew about. They charged my Care Credit $2,000. This is just for my lower teeth. I cannot get any answers as to what to do next, and I would really just love to have my money back because I believe that they were reckless in taking my money. I just wanted to do something nice for myself for once. Shame on them.

      I have paid byte in full just for them to completely pause/stop my treatment! I was given a 12 week plan for a liners. I have had four sets of refinements. I have been in these aligners for over two years nonstop for 22 hours a day for my teeth to not be straight and now to deal with this stress and them not holding up to their guarantee!

      I am experiencing significant issues with Byte aligners and their customer service. The aligners do not fit properly, causing discomfort and even contributing to gum recession. Despite following all treatment instructions, my gums have receded due to pressure from poorly fitting aligners, putting my dental health at risk.After receiving refinements intended to address the fit problem, I found that the aligners continued to fit incorrectly, causing ongoing discomfort and further gum issues. Due to the persistent misfit and lack of progress, I ultimately had to stop treatment, as continuing would have further jeopardized my dental health.Due to Bytes failure to deliver effective treatment and support, I am requesting a partial or full refund. I trusted Bytes promises of quality, but my experience has not aligned with those expectations, and my dental health has been affected as a result.

      Byte is an absolute joke at this point. My treatment that shouldve been completed in a few months .. is going on three+ years. Im so beyond tired of the back and forth with customer support. They just copy and paste the same exact email as a response, and dont even bother calling. They will not send the remaining treatment that I paid for IN FULL ALREADY! I asked if I could just stop treatment at this point and receive retainers for the bit of progress made. Of course they couldnt send those either! Never mind I paid for those as well. I just had to pay $200 plus with another company to get a retainer. At this point, I would be satisfied with even a partial refund.

      Complaint! I bought these retainers with a treatment plan in 2022. Since then, I have had 3 teeth pulled and I have more dental issues. I demand a refund so I can pay for my dentist to fix!!
