      Complaint! I bought these retainers with a treatment plan in 2022. Since then, I have had 3 teeth pulled and I have more dental issues. I demand a refund so I can pay for my dentist to fix!!

      This is the absolute worst company ever! I would highly recommend anyone thinking of using Byte to NOT!!! I was told I was getting a refund because they can fix my teeth due to dental stuff first and I literally havent seen the refund that they claim to have sent Oct 17, 2024. Its not November 12th, 2024!!! Then to top it off they hang up on you and have no customer support to answer the phone!!!

      My daughter began her aligner treatment with Byte last year I would say mid year. I paid the $2000 in full and we were on our way. As she began her weekly aligner treatment she began to notice that the aligners were not fitting. She submitted multiple requests for assistance, having been given a prompt to send endless photos. By the end, her final aligner did not fit at all, and we assumed that treatment would continue because the app said more aligners were on the way, and she was "in a good place" and to continue wearing the last week's aligners. Well we waited a month, and nothing. Finally I got support on the phone, and after telling them the situation, they said for her to go back to her previous aligners and restart from where they fit again. I told them she didn't know to keep her aligners. They attempted to collect an additional $800 from me to restart her treatment, which I angrily refused. They then agreed to restart the treatment free of charge, and sent out a new impression kit. We received the kit, and found out that the mouthpieces were too large, so they sent another with the correct size. My daughter completed the impressions, sent them back, and we received a response that she needed to redo them. So they sent out another impression kit. Again, after receiving them we realized they sent to larger mouthpieces again. So they sent another kit, and AGAIN they sent the larger mouthpieces. After informing them again of their mistake, I did not receive a response for a few days. So I got on the chat and found out they had some sort of medical stoppage on their procedures, and I had to acknowledge an email to proceed, which I did. So then nothing for another couple of days. So I reached out again, and got a response that my daughter would need to see her dentist and submit additional paperwork from her dentist on the need to continue her treatment. It has now been well over a year, and I have informed Byte that I demand a full refund. They have refused.

      Byte is a scam. You will pay $2,000 for no change and then halfway through they will pocket your money and refuse to send you the remainder of your aligners. Scammers at their finest.

      Byte ripped me off for almost $2000. I purchased aligners, but then got an e-mail saying that they are cancelling my order while they review "certain regulatory requirements". They said that I would get a refund, but have not processed a refund, and have not responded to my inquiries about the refund. I don't know anything about the aligners, but I am frustrated that I will have to hire a lawyer to get my money back

      Their products do not work! Anf they won't make it right even after I bought their protection plan for almost ******! I now owe ******* on a care credit card and they have sent me a field safety notice telling me to go seek other dental care!

      Paid in full, 2020. I've been through three different sets of aligners and need refinements, again. Byte continues to ask for pictures which I have provided many times. Usually ends up in an aligner kit and new aligners.They want paperwork from my dentist now, which is not my issue or previously required as they have their own dentists/orthodontists Now, with the recent news of discontinued kits and retainers, I am stuck with a few grand mistake that I bought a GUARANTEE on. I cannot cancel a payment from four years ago, my bank will not refund from that far back.

      Went through the entire process, was waiting 3 weeks for them to tell me if I could get my treatment and then I received an email stating it was cancelled due to *** review. Come to find out they knew this ahead of time and sent my email 5 days after public announcement. Not happy.

      Should be 0 stars. I am having so much pain from my teeth gums and Jaws. I do not recommend byte. I have reached out to customer service and they just send a email stating you need to sigh something before they will continue talking to you. Extremely unprofessional. I paid over 2000 to get my teeth completely messed up and I am going to have to pay more just to get them fixed.
