It is almost like the customer service positions are vacant. I went through the impression process and had a few questions nobody is home. No response for over a week. I tried to give them my money and they cannot even respond to e-mails. Gladly taking my business elsewhere. Byte *****Byte

They never billed my insurance company, and I've been paying out of pocket for a year, now. They've apparently hired a third party to take payments, and this third party will not allow me to access my account so that I can see my balance or get any account information, although I've provided all the necessary and requested information. I cannot access my financial information through the Byte site, and yet, when I attempt to log in or create an account on or attached to the third-party site (which you are automatically directed to do) it says "Your input account is not from company BYTE" once the account information is entered. This seems fraudulent; suspicious at the least. With all of these complaints, it is amazing they have such a high BBB rating, although that might have something to do with you being directed to leave a review instead of a complaint on the BBB website.Byte

Would not recommend! At the end of my treatment, my bite was uncomfortable. I reached out and had additional aligners made. This solved the problem. However, when it was time for my retainer, they sent me an incorrectly fitting retainer. I reached out again with my issues and they told me I would need to spend $129 for an impression kit. Not good customer service at all! A retainer is advertised to be included in the cost of treatment. But since they sent me a retainer that does not fit, they want me to pay more money to get one that does fit. Very unhappy customer. ********************** and their support team have been unresponsive to my emails.Byte

If I could put 0, I would. It starts with a lovely text message from a real person, to pretend that the company is about helping you. In reality, all they want is money and real quick. I was so enthusiastic about starting with them that I did not pay attention to the signs showing a lack of professionalism. Without an image of your teeth, without talking to their "doctors", you just go straight to getting aligners delivered to you. I basically changed my mind as soon as I entered my credit card details. Not 3 minutes later, I sent an email to the representative telling him I wished to cancel because I saw the series of lawsuits online, and noticed that their aligners only work on front teeth when I knew I needed molars moved also. The answer was "Sorry production has already started. You need to pay a $699 cancellation fee." It is better than spending the whole amount, but customer service is just bad at this point. I spent hours waiting on the phone to talk directly to someone, rather than texting them. A 2/3 minute mistake cost me $600. Still waiting.Read the fine print, ask your dentist first, and honestly, go with Invisalign which actually takes images of your teeth. Byte is bad businessByte

My aligners didnt straighten my teeth at all. One of my steps were not set in my package. They said that they were going to help me, but then they asked me for more money after they already got my money and didnt do what they needed to do with my teeth, they just continue to lie and say that theyre going to help me get the smell that they said they were gonna give me but now I just feel like I needed to go to the dentist and just pay the extra amount of money for the real results that I wanted instead of these fake promises that Byte gives and wants to take our money and not give us the correct result, and if we have a problem with that result, they want us to pay another $700 for them to fix something that they had messed up on They have too many people saying that theyre going to help you and then they have somebody else asking you the same thing. This you just got finished telling the last person in spoke toByte

If you're in the mood for a dental disaster, look no further than Byte!!!!!!I am having the misfortune of dealing with Byte, and I must say, it is an absolute nightmare. They are just as invisible as their aligners (after taking your money).If you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear of this company at all costs. Their customer service is practically non-existent. It is clear that they care less about their clients once they have your money in hand.Now, onto the customer service - or lack thereof. Trying to reach someone at Byte ****** Services is like trying to contact an elusive unicorn on a unicycle. Their phone lines seem to be manned by invisible gremlins, and their email responses are slower than a sloth in a marathon. It's as if they've taken a vow of silence, leaving you to navigate the dental labyrinth alone. It's a wonder they haven't set up carrier pigeons for communication - it might be more effective!ALSO PLEASE BE AWARE: When you call them, the automated system offers the choice for a call back when an agent becomes available. However, if you opt for this, be aware that when the agent does call you back, they let the phone ring once and immediately disconnect, leaving you with no chance to pick up.In conclusion, I urge you to avoid Byte like the plague. Save yourself the frustration, and disappointment. Take your dental needs elsewhere (Candid, Invisalign, Smile Direct, NewSmile, or just go for regular braces), as dealing with Byte is a surefire way to invite unnecessary stress into your life.Byte

The main problem with BYTE is that you can never reach anyone if you have a question about your treatment. It was very unclear how the aligners were used and when I should stop/restart using them. There was no customer service whatsoever. I went through the entire set of aligners and saw no difference at all! You are left in the dark with no support at all. I regret every day I spent over 2K on a useless product. Even though you pay more, I would pay for Invisalign because you will get the support you need.Byte

During onboarding they are able to call and contact you multiple times. Once treatment starts, the phone calls stop. They have only reached out to me via email and answer emails once a week. Not worth it. Avoid.Byte

I was told by a rep, who I thought worked in customer service but realized he was only trying to close the deal, that I could get bottom aligners only. He quoted a lower price for them so I moved forward with placing the order. To my disappointment, upper and bottom aligners arrived, when I called them I was told that Byte doesnt allow customers to purchase just bottom aligners. I assured them they had agreed to allow me to buy just one. Byte eventually found the thread and acknowledged their mistake. To make things right Byte said they would offer a credit and allow me to continue using just one aligner but a couple of days later I received an email requesting that I send the entire kit back and they would refund my money. Id started using them at this point and wanted to continue but they would not allow it. So after all that back and forth, I was not able to address my dental issue, a lot of time and effort wastedByte
