This company is a complete and utter SCAM! They just charged my credit card $1800 when they have not sent aligners in 4 months! Now they are saying they sent them. No, they did not. DO NOT do business with these crooks.Byte

If I could give zero stars I would.first and foremost if you can please go with another companyplease do your research before dealing BYTE.this company is not what they guarantee you in the beginning to be first mistake is they guarantee you a beautiful new smile in less then 6months. I have been on this journey with BYTE for over a year almost 2 yrs second set of refinement and currently been on a resting period for over a month. I have had it with this company they have you resting just in my opinion as a well not to be bother with you while they waste your time as well as money. They ask you to upload pictures every week and and dont respond to the email until a week later so in reality you resting for 2 weeks at a time. (They send out the same email saying after reviewing with my lead we request you rest another week). They gave my second set of refinements and the first 2 pairs never fit I had to start at set3 been waiting on my bottom retainer for over a month.I could go on and on but Ill just say do your research before deciding to go with companyByte

While our average treatment time for the All-Day aligners is 4 months and the At-Night aligners is 5 months, we cannot offer an absolute guarantee of "six months or less" or any timeline estimate at all for any individual's case, until we get an Impression Kit. Once an Impression Kit is received, we can provide a treatment timeline estimate; however, because there is no way to predict with 100% certainty how someone will respond to treatment, this is still an estimate and not an absolute. That being said, we would love to investigate any concerns further and see how we can help. This company is HORRIBLE. I decided to not follow through with their program and asked to cancel the day after I had signed up and no one would respond to my messages. I then tried calling their customer service line and they blocked my phone number to send it straight to voice mail. When I finally received a response from the sales person who assisted me with my order seven days later, I had informed her that I had been trying to cancel since the beginning and she didn't respond. If you are wanting straight teeth from crooks, these are the people for you. They are here to take your money no matter what the cost, and do NOT offer good customer service and timely responses. My review is similar to ******* L below. However, the byte official response to me after I stated the top teeth were not fully aligned at the end of treatment is: The warranty is void and they will not send anything else (that I have already purchased) The bottom aligners were to be sent in two steps. The upper teeth aligner steps are completed and waiting on the retainer for the top. As she was completed we threw away the old aligners, minus the last step. Now we are told the warranty is void, they will not send the retainer, or second step of the bottom teeth. I will need to repurchase back into the program. I have already pre purchased the second set of bottom aligners, both upper and lower retainer, warranty, etc. The byte support stated looking back there were air bubbles in her previous photos submitted in the steps. They did not correct this at the time submitted. They sent the next steps to proceed and finish. Not once during her treatment did the byte support stop to address these bubbles and ask her to go back steps, or keep the aligner steps once completed. I asked where my $2000, second steps, retainers, and warranty went. They let me know its no longer valid but I can spend $2000 for what I already purchased, or $749 for half the plan that I already purchased for day aligners and less results. What world does this make sense? Its a complete scam. I have three more family members I was going to sign up, and now I wouldnt recommend Byte to anyone. Very dishonest, looking for money, not the results they provide in consultation. Consumers be warned you will regret working with them. You will be scammed out of the pre payed treatments and warranty. This review site does not allow photos or I would have included before/after photos and the Byte email. Thank you for taking my review into consideration before purchasing from Byte. This has set a huge financial hardship on my family. Now I will be forced to find another company and start all over.Byte

Do Not Purchase, I've been on treatment since November 2022. Very hard to get customer service, I had issue with my aligners. It's August 2023 I'm still having issues I repeatedly said to refund my money. My teeth are not straightened and they want to send me my final aligners I do not understand this. I try to leave reviews on social platforms and they are removed. Do not purchase I repeat do not purchaseByte

This company was wonderful until they sold my debt to ******************. They never withdrew my final $99 payment which was on autopay. So they hit my credit dropping it 50 points. After months of trying to talk to someone i was able to make the $99 payment which should have been automatic and they are still hitting my credit report. Awful way to treat a paying customerByte

I started by in April and 2023. My treatment shouldve been over weeks ago however, Ive been sitting in the same aligners for these weeks trying to discuss with byte why my results are not what they were expected to be. The clinical support says its because there were air gaps in my aligners they arent fitting properly. Well this probably couldve been handled at my 9 week aligners when I filed a complaint about my aligners not fitting properly. Now, when I should be done with treatment I am sitting in the same aligners going back and forth with a clinical support team that only emails back every 3-5 business days. I have been speaking with them for 2 weeks and only gotten two responses, and no solution. Before I bought my aligners, and was just considering byte I receive messages from them every day. after becoming a customer, you dont hear anything from them unless you reach out and its hard to even get a response then.Byte

I have been waiting for 2 months for my second set of aligners with no help from customer support. Every time i send a support request its followed back with send photos of current state of progress and when i do that. Nothing happens. Im still paying for these monthly and nothing is happening to my teeth anymore. Whats the point of paying for these aligners when theyre not doing their job and Im not getting the other half of the product ?????? Im gonna have to get an attorney honestly because this is some bs.Byte

Terrible!! You can never reach anyone. There is an extremely bad robot and no human's at all. You will be on hold forever. You can make an appointment to speak to human, but they will not actually call you at that time. I did not get a receipt, and the robot says they won't give me one until the aligners are delivered, so I have no proof of purchase. AVOID!!!!!Byte
