Im EXTREMELY concerned. Now Im reading other customers having the same complaints. Ive gone through my 15 trays and have yet to receive the remaining trays I already paid for. I keep being told to backtrack but ALL MY trays show gaps. PLEASE PROVIDE my remaining trays or provide me a refund . Byte, PLEASE stop with the apologies and actually do something to help your customer. I was sold on the guarantee or your money back. Please provide me with a refund or my additional trays.Byte

On February 23 *************************** my smile with much effort. Saying less at Byte promised me getting done at 21 weeks of treatment, I followed every step day by day patiently but over time I got very disappointed, has been 3 years and almost 6 months of trying many times, and my results are not done yet. I am done with them and I want all my Alignment Treatment money back $1895.00! I am not gonna argue anymore, just BYTE can't accomplish it. Then give back my money as you guarantee if there are no results!! If I could 0 starts, worse decision ever.Byte

BEWARE ************ is a SCAM. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had trouble with my aligners from the beginning. I followed their advice and tried previous aligners to see if I may have changed them too quickly. It did not help. The aligners were so tight, I felt like I was going to either break a tooth trying to get them on, or pull out a tooth trying to remove them. When i would take the aligners out to eat, my front teeth felt abnormally loose, to the point that i was afraid to bite into anything. I made several attempts, hoping the aligners would work, but the negative side effects far outweighed the positive. The only solution they provided was to keep trying previous aligners. Finally when I went to my dentist for a routine cleaning, I was telling him about the issues I was having and he told me that aligners would NOT work without having additional work done. There is absolutely no extra room in my mouth because I still have all of my wisdom teeth, and he said that my teeth would need to be shaved down on the sides in order for the aligners to work properly. I should have never been approved for treatment and the company wants to ignore my requests for a refund. The aligners not working had nothing to do with anything I was doing wrong. I followed the instructions and tried to make it work. They should have never approved me for treatment. It was their mistake, not anything I was doing wrong. They continue to charge me every month for a service they are not providing. I will continue to escalate the situation until I am refunded in full for THEIR ERROR in approving me for treatment.Byte

*** contacted them and stayed in contact with them for about 3 months now. I understand that there is no return. Im not sure what I have to do to stop the payments on byte aligners I have contacted them and told them I am not using them and do NOT continue to use them even with the recommendations theyve told me to try. Today ive been contacting them all day long and every time someone responds its a completely different person. Ive gotten a notice in my email of the payments being sent to collections because I refuse to pay for something that cause discomfort, and something I am no longer using or plan to use.Byte

After my first set of aligners was sent, I was hopeful that the bad experiences were exaggerated. But I was wrong. After getting through 75% of my treatment, following all of there steps, and doing all of their check-ins they decided that I had to backtrack over a month. Now, my teeth had already shifted so much that they wouldn't fit in those aligners.So, I got a reimpression kit and an entire new set of aligners. 4 weeks in, I do my check-in and they tell me I'm good to go, move into tray 5. Now, I noticed gaps in the aligners so I point that out to them. NOW they also see it and ask for more pictures. After a week, they ask for more pictures. Now, another week later, they are telling me to backtrack on both my upper and lower. But the upper teeth fit in the aligner perfectly with no gaps. I ask for a reason why and get no answer.Currently trying to get people on the phone so I can actually get this solved. But don't waste your time or money unless you want to have to act as your own dentist/orthodontist. These are more likely to do damage to your teeth than to help them.Byte

Poor explanation of the process: Due to the over-hyped sales pages on the website, my expectation was that this would be a fairly easy process, and that Byte would hold my hand through every step... well that NEVER HAPPENED. As soon as they make the sale, you are not given the time of day, so if anything at all derails you, you are ***. The aligners also arrive un-cut, and very difficult to put on. No one mentions that!False Advertising: I was told treatment would be quicker than the competitors and only last me 29 weeks. That has not been the case at all. I will be lucky to have completed treatment in a year or more. I regret not going with one of the competitors. Normally, one would expect an honest company to make good on their promises, or offer some recompense if they can't do that. Good luck getting in contact with their team once you make the transition from sales to customer!Confusing Support System: The website shows that you can contact support via text message, which has never worked for me. The emails from support are constantly being responded to by different people, or possibly automated responders. That is definitely not "doctor directed care". The website made it sound like we would each get our own "doctor" over-seeing our process, but I never heard once from any sort of professional (despite numerous attempts).Defective Products: I received a set of aligners which broke upon first use, and almost had to pay to get a replacement! A defective product should always on the manufacturer to make right, but I had to go through a whole process just to get the fee waived and a new set sent.!!Warning!! There are No Disclaimers for those with disabilities! It is VERY difficult when you have misaligned teeth to smoothly take the aligners in or out--they do not have ANY give to them. If you have any kind of hand injury, arthritic condition, or even a sprain, following this routine DAILY will be extremely difficult, if not completely impossible for some.Byte

Byte overpromises and under delivers. Worst decision I made to use them for my teeth care. They imply in the sales process that it only takes weeks to get teeth straight and that is no where near the case. Shocked they have an A+ from BBB, not worth your time or moneyByte

PLEASE DO NOT USE BYTE!!!!!This company is suspicious. The service provided is awful. They dont inform you about their legal procedures and policy - mainly about cancellations and returns. Theres always either no response or roundabout responses that dont directly resolve your concerns. I was even convinced to purchase additional services after the poor quality of the product I got didnt help me. This company is solely for stealing your money regardless of the customers issues. My experience was terrible even though Im an understanding and considerate person.Byte

DO NOT USE BYTE!!!! **************** is kind and attentive when selling you. Once you get their product you are on your own. There are no dentist to follow your progress. The hyperbyte never worked. I had to use most sets of aligners for a much longer period of time the last set I have been using for several months. When I first got the product I could never get to a live person, you were asked to fill out a form and I never got a response. During Check-ins I stated that I was getting pain and requested a follow-up and never received one. Now customer service wants me to pay more for additional aligners and to continue a treatment that never worked to begin with! They claim I did not comply or followed up with my treatment when they entire treatment their team was the unresponsive one.Byte
