      This complaint is in reference to Microsoft Email accounts not Yahoo email accounts. Yahoo is unable to assist with Microsoft email issues.

      in regards to the email listed above********************, i can use it on my phone, can't login via pc bc it's asking for another verification which is **********************, once I try to use that code it STILL as it never did before wants to send another code to old phone numbers. I need these numbers removed and as I stated I always used the code they sent to ********************** but even now that is not good enough.

      My account************************** was hacked and I am not able to recover the account due to the backup email being changed along with the phone number.       I am unable to reset my yahoo email

      I have called a few times but they "yahoo" refused to send me a reset link even after I verified who I was a number of times.

      Yahoo is definitely not being epic.
      This is my oldest email and the longer I do not reset it the more fraud is being done by other people misrepresenting as me.

      The back e-mail is ***********************, which is linked to***************************, which is linked to ************************** are all linked.

      Why would yahoo take someones e-mail?

      Yahoo changed recovery options and apparently not being enrolled has caused me to be locked out of my account even though I know my password. They are requiring me to pay $12.99 a month to simply allow me access to my account in order to set up recovery options. There was no such info that stated this needed to be done by a specific date. Additionally yahoo is refusing to simply deactivate my email address.

      Monday July 11 I placed a call to yahoo support around 5:30 regarding an issue signing into my account that I didn't sign out of because of the difficulties signing in. I believe they signed me out.
      The agent was overseas and Yahoo would not help with the issue unless I agreed to a subscription of 12.99 per month that I could cancel at any time. My son was aiding me as I knew this was predatory as I've heard about yahoo still charging senior citizens simply for an email account. I voiced my displeasure. After 45 of coaxing and seeing no way out we had to agree. We immediately cancelled afterwards but that's when I began to have trouble. I believe the female ***** agent compromised my account in retaliation. My Apple ID was hacked, requesting the code sent to my phone. My chewy account was hacked, in Texas, where the call may have been routed through. I have had to cancel my credit card and have a new one reissued. I had to redo my Chewy account. I have to watch everyday that my Apple ID hasn't had activity as well as my credit card and my bank. Fire the agent is the only solution.
