      Allows hate filled comments to be posted, they reject factual comments that don't fit their agenda. The comments section is full of racist and people that should be investigated by the ***. *** are you listening, just check the comments section on most of the news articles they post. It is full of hateful people and Yahoo lets their post stay up. They simply just refuse to take down these comments that have people talking bad about one another, are posting fasle statements, and fail to remove threatening posts.

      It's totally unacceptable to not be able to recover my account due to a change of phone number and not getting the option to have a verification code sent to a back up email.... EVERYTHING is linked to this email... it's so many ******* videos, TikTok videos dedicated to this annoying problem that even your " Premium support team" can't even fix but demand $12+ subscription fee just to update a number and then proceed to say it's nothing they can do if i don't have access to the old number... ************************** do better!

      What even is this!? I can't get access to my account without paying for premium service? My recovery email is not working and I can't use the code since my phone is currently broken. Yahoo needs to fix this.

      Co-worker has had *** email since 2002. Last month they changed their login process with no warning, to a two-step verify process. His phone on the account was way outdated; so now the account is locked. He called 4-5 times explaining he does not have this phone anymore; they told him wait 2 weeks; he waited, called back; wait 2 weeks.... Not sure what all the waiting was supposed to do. All of his bills were on there, monthly emails and notifications; customer service went round and round stating that the only way to verify was the old phone number. *********. He has opened a ***** account now, and has to set up all of his accounts to go there; but how many of us have photos, our email embedded in every day things, that for him are all lost in cyberspace now. So I guess that *** account will sit there forever. Good riddance!

      Charging for premium services just because I was locked out of my account. Every time i try to log into my account which I have the password saved into my Iphone it says I have been locked out. To access it I have to pay. Isn't that a little scammy? Im pretty sure they do this periodically cause I had it happen to me the year before last and had to pay. Yahoo sucks! They just jeed to find a way to scam people and make it seem legit. Loserssssss!!

      I am unable to login to my Yahoo to access my emails and I am sent back and forth to my other Yahoo which I am unable to access. The only way to get help on this matter is to PAY them. They need all kinds of private info from their robot recording. I will not be giving you my driver's license number, nor will I PAY a cent for something YOU locked me out of! There needs to be a class action!

      Yahoo keeps taking over my ****** search engine ******. I keep deleting and it comes back again and again. It is like a blister you cover with a Band-Aid, then remove it again, and wear the same shoes again. Yahoo returns. It is a highjack software.

      Yahoo.com is now the lowest email you can possibly get in would not pay them for them anything they have become the less trusting email I have ever had they just lost my long time belief in any of their business sense. Have been usi g yahoo mail for possibly 30 years although I new some time ago that they were scandalous trying to make me pay using black hat strategies by making it difficult to use the free email service. And they wonder why they keep losing customers. I have been trying to log on to my act. For over 4 hours and they purposely had me go through every 2 step verification over and over again. Using every form of log on verification possible and each time I was denied access. Even though I fulfilled ever request. Over and over again not that I successfully completed

      New phone, no longer have old email associated with account, tried to get help with recovery of email and am being told that I now need to pay for them helping reset password. When trying to use website help, I keep receiving an error message and once again have to pay to regain access. If you havent got a new email account elsewhere, you are highly encouraged to do so.
