      Yahoo is the worst company to deal with. I lost my phone and could not get into my email account despite having the password to log in because of the two step verification code being sent to my alternate email and phone number which both are only accessible through my phone which is lost. I am locked out and cannot access my email to pay bills, respond to customers etc. It has been a nightmare and the yahoo.com will not help me because I am a Canadian. I am disgusted at this company and its lack of customer service.

      Can someone help me . I had my account for over 10 years and I can't get back in . My phone broke and I bought a new one and they can't recognize my device. When I called they wanted me to pay and I can't do that they want me to give them my ID it makes me feel very uncomfortable. They stopped security questions and I don't have my old phone number that is with my account anymore can someone help me I have very important stuff in there.

      Yahoo has no support for Canadians. If your locked out of your account and need urgent support the people on the phone will tell you that you are not in *** and that they cant help you. They will send you to talk to a robot, when they can easily fix the issue at hand. Why even make this number show up to me if its not going to be available to use.Doesnt give me any other sign in options. It says contact support. I called the premium support number and they said sorry we cant help you because you arent in the **

      This is correct. Yahoo only offers phone support to US members.International members can use help.yahoo.com for support.

      literally dont bother with their customer support team, its a bigger joke than their email in general. They are locking accounts and refusing to close them, instead coming up with increasingly more and more inconvenient steps to ensure you are the owner of the account like sending them a photo of you holding your drivers license. Pure insanity to even consider that. Keeping dead and hacked accounts open despite their servers being repeatedly breached simply to keep their numbers high so that they can hope to be bought out of their massive debt. Leave yahoo, forward to any other email provider, and never visit their site again.

      So I had yahoo set up on my app. I didnt realize that that app actually signed me out of two of my yahoo accounts. I had my password for one of the accounts, so I decided to sign in As I was signing in the app asked me to verify with my second account unfortunately, I do not have that password for the second account I tried signing in with my phone kept saying it was going to send me a text message, and I never got the text message I finally got so irritated. I called customer service. They were helpful at first until they started asking for $12 just to verify my account mind you I have my password. Its just that it wants to verify my account. I told him no and three times when I called I said no every individual was so rude on the phone to me. They all hung up in my face yahoo I am so disappointed in you and your customer service. You need to do better honestly at this point all I want to do is just delete my entire account. I will definitely be switching over to Gmail because yahoo is definitely not it anymore and I will tell all my friends to go to Gmail

      I don't have my old contact information and no matter how hard i have tried yahoo will not let me access my account that i have owned for multiple years and i honestly do not know what to do because i have tried everything with all of them ending in the same results in me not being able to log into my yahoo account. all that i would like is for access to my account but i can't get that because yahoo will not let me.

      If I could leave 0 stars I would, I have my yahoo username and password and yet I can't access my own account without a ******** authentication which I DID NOT enable and which is under a phone number with a typo it. The yahoo support site tells me to login to edit my phone number which I have the f****** information to do but it won't let me login unless I use this phone number which I can't. And now the only solution is calling a PAID CUSTOMER SUPPORT?? What the f*** do you mean. You locked me out of my account and now you want me to pay a monthly subscription to recover it???? F****** scam.

      I have never been so disgusted and stressed out by customer service. I was on the phone for 58 minutes and got ultimately hung up on at the end of the call by a supervisor non the less. There was laughter in the background. I was being spoken to like Im an idiot. They pretty much tell you you have to use their online service that you also have to pay for but they wont tell you if and when you have to pay. It was completely avoided every time I asked. I also asked for the supervisor four times before my request was even listened to. I will NEVER use yahoo anything again

      I was transitioned to yahoo.com from a previous email provider and had a recent change in contact information. I contacted yahoo.com several times to update my contact information and recover my log in by doing everything they asked but every time I was told they could not help me recover my account and that I had to start all over with the recovery process. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service to help me update my contact information and recover my account so I can log in to my email account. There should be a better way to help customers with log in issues, and updating contact information than what is offered. Horrible service!! Awful experience!!!
