      If I ever see "Hey Yahoo" on the front page of your website, or the name "D'Angelo" under that headline, I will never use your services again.       Ive been trying to get into my child hood account for literally over 8 years and still no help?!!?! Its actually crazy thats its this hard to recover an account just because you have a different phone number its so frustrating!! Someone please help

      Yahoo is a joke! I have spent years trying to get Yahoo to stop sending me *** related content to my email. The more I make it known that I dont want it and that it violates my biblical belief, the more Yahoo sends *** content. What is it, Yahoo is sexually desperate people? Does Yahoo take part in *** trafficking? It doesnt matter what road I go down to stop the *** ****, I havent gotten anywhere. I know that I know I have rights in my biblical beliefs and Yahoo is violating my rights every single day. Yahoo is full of darkness and people that have no good foundation on anything of positive value. Yahoo, are you getting paid by **** sites or what? Yahoo how much of this are you pushing on little kids and other people that dont want it. That dont like it. That shouldnt have to deal with it. Maybe you dont know God Yahoo and you choose to live as the world but I and a lot of other people dont. Or is it that you hire third rate workers? What a joke Yahoo is. If you need *** Yahoo, then go get it and leave me alone with it. Yahoo, you take the values of the founding fathers and turn them into the values of evil. You do nothing for the good of the people. Look at the reviews Yahoo, they speak for themselves. What a joke!

      Been trying to get into my childhood account but cant because the number attached to the account is no longer active. I *was* going to call customer support but saw you HAD TO PAY for help HUH??? This has got to be scummy!! I just want to get into my account but no way am I paying 5,8,12$ for someone to tell me they cant help because I cant prove my ownership. Ugh

      Yahoo took over *** e-mail. After following their conversion steps and not getting into my email, I spent time yesterday on the phone with ******* who said to just try later. He couldn't tell me how much later or answer a couple other questions I had. When I asked if #Yahoo reached them on X (twitter0 he hung up. Talked today with ****** and had to go through a bunch more steps to convert to their system. When it didn't work on Outlook he said to call Outlook. I said I wasn't going to call them to fix a problem Yahoo had created. Currently waiting on call from supervisor.

      Yahoo is allowing SPAM through their email servers. I have reported SPAM dozens of times only to still receive it. I've never subscribed to this stuff, but it is still sent to me daily, and filtered right into my inbox. I've tried even reaching out to yahoo to report it, and they file it away with a case number. I've sent about half a dozen reports at various times today. They all have the exact same case number. So they are, I can only assume, lying about actually taking this report. Their customer service is garbage and chat is just a computer AI. Funny how I have to prove I am "not a robot" to get anything done. But yahoo only uses robots because their big wigs are off s******* around with their fancy toys. What bullcrap. Really beginning to hate yahoo mail.

      I transferred mobile service providers and can no longer access my primary emails. For almost a week I've been trying to contact yahoo and they can't help me. I tried the app and chrome. It sends me on a never ending loop of verifications. I spoke to an agent and a supervisor and both hung up on me without any explanation as to why I can't access my emails. Subpar customer service!!!
