      It has become quite obvious that yahoo is controlled by left wing activists. I have many screenshots of comments I have made that we're rejected. Most comments did NOT go against any yahoo rules but were in response to being provoked. Left wing contributors are allowed to express hateful and insulting comments without being censored. When we respond, we get rejected. Using words that are in the headlines can get your comments rejected. Never have I seen such a blatant form of conservative censorship. Unfortunately there are no laws that will allow you to challenge their biased and unfair treatment of conservative opinions. Now they reject your comments without letting you see which ones were rejected. Yahoo shall be complicit in the downfall of America and I truly hope to see the downfall of Yahoo.

      I lost my Email account from 2009 when Frontier got switched to Yahoo and was hacked who then switched the recovery email to the persons who hacked it and they want money to help you try to fix it. I called a number and they asked the weirdest questions like where I've traveled or how old i was. very creepy and don't even know if it was the correct yahoo number. im VERY dissatisfied and I WANT MY EMAIL RECOVERED!!!! I have Important things on that email that I need back!! im not about to pay for something they can not even fix.

      Ive been a customer of ********************** for ** years and Im locked out of my account and I cant get back to my in to my account I also believed I was hacked I cant get any to help me also think its ridiculous to be charged to get your account unlocked

      Have had an email with them since I was really young. Have all my games and such tied to said email and now I have no way of switching to PC thanks to not having access to my yahoo email to confirm it is me trying to access said accounts.. I dont see why we have to pay for help customer support wise. It just isnt right. Makes no sense at all. I just want to access all my things but its impossible without having access to my main accounts..

      I used Yahoo for my Xbox gamertag. Nothing else. Called, they wanted $12.99. I asked for a one time payment. They said no worries and hung up on me. I called back and a gentleman said he would help and then hung up on me. They are only helping those who sign up for a membership. No other options to get into email. Complete scam.

      I have had a frontier.com email address for nearly 20 years. Somewhat recently, Yahoo acquired the frontier.com domain and, as of recently, all access to email via the frontier server has been shut off. Yesterday the yahoo iphone app, my outlook smtp fetch, and mail.yahoo.com simultaneously logged out and will not allow me to log into my email address of two decades. The only recourse provided is to call them where I have been told that they cannot currently use verification procedures to ascertain my ownership of the account. I have done this three times with their advice being, "try calling back later". Yahoo chose to acquire my email address and have locked me out of almost 20 years of my data. I will continue to call back but my hope is fading that I will regain access to my personal information.

      Locked out of my yahoo account that I've had for over 15 years because I got a new phone and don't have access to my old device. The only way to get it back into it is to call a paid support line and sign up for a subscription. This is insane and sounds like is should be illegal.
