      AOL sucks as a company. there are some staff at this company that when asked to put a supervisor on the phone either hang up or refuse to put a supervisor on the phone. I continue to have ongoing issues with this company deleting sub-email address. Despite having two case numbers from this company regarding my accounts, their staff hang up stating they can not access the account. This must stop or shut this company down.

      My password didnt work and the recovery email that showed was not mine. The account had been hacked. I went to yahoo website for help and nothing there addressed my problem. There was no number to call to report the hack. This is wrong!The only number was for a premium service and no pricing and no information that it would cost me to recover the account. I started calling numbers from valid sources on the internet. A couple said they couldnt help me. There were 3 different ones that were answered by the same man with a foreign accent, indian, I think, who told me it would cost $99. I gave them the recovery email belonging to the hacker n..ss@yahoo and they didnt care. I asked whom Im payoff the $99 to. They said support but did not say yahoo. Yahoo did not notify me that the password was changed or the recovery email was changed. I feel they should have been able to reset my account. Ive had both for many days years with the same recovery email. I feel it is their responsibility to fix this. The email that was hacked starts with b..z@yahoo.

      Yahoo news are most likely working in conjunction with the ***** administration, censoring ******** citizens that post content that is conservative in nature. The ************* has already determined that ***** and the Democrat party was working with the tech companies like ******* yahoo and ****** to censor conservative content that would criticize the Democratic Party. I was one of those being censored because I had a conservative comedy program that made light of the Democrats. I had been getting **** views on each bideo and almost as many comments on my entertainment program, I got shadow banned immediately and locked out of my account bt ********************** with only 28 followers even though I was getting ****** views collectively across all posts. Though it is legal for a business to have the right to censor offensive comments. The fact it is not legal per the ************* censor parody of any kind, political or otherwise. Thedecision of ******* versus hustler, magazine, determined, political parody or parody of any kind cannot be censored. Therefore Im stating yahoo is breaking the law when they censor any porody like I posted. Please keep your eye on them because I dont doubt the ************* will be investigating them the same way that they looked into ******* and the other Tek social platforms and determined our constitutional right free speech is being violated

      I am not willing to pay for a subscription that apparently is impossible to cancel. I don't need the monthly support. I just need a one time password change, but the only way it allows me to do that is through an old phone number I no longer have access to. This email is connected to everything. Being locked out of this account has me locked out of several others. PLEASE FIX THIS!

      I have recorded transcripts with Yahoo chat agents claiming they are unable to access account recovery without a $12.99/mo premium support subscription. This was quickly resolved by bringing up the inconsistency with this policy and Yahoo's own ****.Agent: "Unfortunately without the active plan on your account we won't be able to help you with the access on the account as my tools won't have the capacity to do so because it is not eligible. The only time that I can make changes on my end, after you sign up with our paid plans."Me: "The End User License Agreement I agreed to did not entail paid premium support. That is a new system I have been unable to read about, and thus I am legally beholden to the previous version of Yahoo's ****""per the **** I agreed to, I am *********** a free account recovery process. I did not agree to my account being affected in this manner. If you can not access my account, please push the problem up to your superior or give me a number I can call for HR"Agent: "We are grateful for your patience. I am now beside my supervisor. Because you are a valued member, and I do not want you to have to wait any longer, I can offer you free support for this one time, so you do not need to continue to wait. Would that be okay with you?"This proves the deceptive practice of claiming they can't help without a paid subscription even though they obviously were able to help, and even did, free of charge. This is just a scare tactic to get people to pay for this monthly subscription Yahoo hopes the consumer won't immediately cancel. I can only imagine how complex the process to cancel this subscription would be. The supervisor, if there ever was one, knew immediately that their **** did not protect them when charging for this service, and that my reports would have been substantial. They did help me, so in lieu of an official complaint, I'll leave this here for anyone else who needs it. Just go full "*****" on them and they'll help you out.

      This is a scam company! I have my email and password right yet they have my old phone number so inorder for me to login in I have to have them change my confirmation phone number which they said I have to pay ***** a month for them to do so, yet I have my password correct!? Sounds like a loophole for them to scam people out of money. So I told them to delete my account and they said the same thing, pay ***** a month and we will delete it. Wow BBB do something about this! All I see on reviews is people complaining about this same problem! Aren't you suppose to stop these companies from doing this to people?

      I have been using the Yahoo mail account since 2006 and have never had any login issues, but recently for the last three months, I have been unable to log in to my account. Whenever I try to log in, I receive the following error: 'We can't recover your account online because there are no other options on file for your account.' I have reached out to Yahoo support on Reddit and on X as well. In response to my complaint, they told me this: 'The first is at help.yahoo.com under the Contact Us section. You can also opt for a more personalized support option. I have tried many links, but nothing works for me. I even talked to the customer service chat, and they all are forcing me to purchase the support subscription. I still have access to the recovery email listed on my Yahoo account, but I am not receiving any recovery emails. I am fed up with Yahoo but also don't want to lose access to this account as it contains many important emails as well as old emails from college days

      I have been trying to receive a verification code to get into my email and it isn't sending. I no longer have access to the phone I had that is connected. And now in order to receive customer service which should be a complimentary service, I have to pay?? I don't understand how this is acceptable.

      this business takes a credit card for payment then annually charges the card for renewals, not that unusual. However, it is impossible to cancel a subscription. the site refers you to a chat bot which never goes through. repeated attempts at cancellation have been ignored. there is no phone number to call or representative to contact except for this computer chat that never responds!
