I left this comment on a story and my comment was rejected for what I don't know I didn't break ANY RULES yahoo constantly picks and chooses and discriminates alot with the comments and they shouldn't be rejecting comments based on their beliefs but allowing racial comments and comments supporting bold face lies that were committed by our former President *********************** I just pointed out a double standard and my comment was rejected If taxpayers can't wrk for the state because they have a felony or pending felony charges then ***** shouldn't be able to run for office either

It is ridiculous to constantly have to put in your password, it asks are you a robot and still would not let you have access to your account. True it gives you other ways to access your account. But if you didn't want to have multiple accounts or phone numbers it should not make it such a problem of getting access to your account since it has YOUR personal information in your account. It used to ask for other passwords that you have used in the past now you do not even do that. You all can go into my account, but I can't. Does not that sound like a confiscation, or even holding something of value away from the rightful owner? I should not have to pay for any information that is legally mine. And on top of all that, I was BLOCKED. This is not only rude it is identity theft. As of now, in my dire need for my information, you all have hit an all-time low with me. God of ****** ask of us to live peacefully among other nations. Do you see the results that we receive? Living with you people is demeaning to life itself. And you all will still have to do as we do in the New Kingdom if God of ****** decides to keep you all around. And you get NO star from me. Yet you cant even leave the page without a star?

CLIFFS: SCAMMERS. Holding my email account for ******, will not allow me to provide verification that I am the owner of the account. Long form. Ive used this account for 20 years and its always been fine. Today I start getting phone calls from *************** which shows spam risk. I ignore the first and 2nd and 3rd but answer the 4th. Its a dude claiming to be from yahoo asking if I reset my password from ****** *****, of course I say no, I go to yahoo email on my phone and cant login. I try to reset my PW, it sends my phone a 6 digit code which I enter, then it says its sending my email a recovery code. How am I supposed to get this recovery code when I cant get into my email??? Meanwhile dude on the phone is asking me to verify my phone number, WHICH HE CALLED ME ON, then asking for the 6 digit code that was texted to me. If you dont know, THIS IS A GIANT RED FLAG. The message literally says do not share this code with anyone. I hang up on the guy and he calls me back nonstop. I ****** the contact number for yahoo and find the same number he called from. Possible he spoofed the number? I call that number. They are now a premium paid service and ALSO ask for the 6 digit code number, AND he wants me to photograph my drivers license and send it to him. Im not providing either. They refuse to acknowledge that I have the correct password and the correct phone number and a valid recovery email address. He will not help me and will not transfer to a supervisor. He ends up hanging up on me while ** literally saying repeatedly do not end this call. I do some digging and find dozens of similar experiences where yahoos new business model is to scam their users by logging them out and not allowing them to reset their PW unless they pay the $12.99 fee for premium paid service. This is extortion. This is a scam. I hope they go the way of photobucket.

Got extorted for my personal information and money for trying to access my 10+ year old email account when i lost access to my phone number and had recovery emails that I do not remember. Contacted the customer service line that makes you pay to call them. Called 4-5 times with no resolution. Each time I was asked to scan my drivers license (front and back) and even with that, they couldn't get me back access into my account. Is it so hard to add a new recovery email or add a phone number for verification?

They have banned me from making comments on articles even though I have followed their guidelines yet there are ppl there that have said homophobic , racists, Misogynistic, and direct threats at me and my family and their comments are still up and I have the pictures to prove it. When theses ppl say the coward things they say, all I did was repeat check your feed , that was my response to their comments but my comments were taken down Ive had a yahoo account for 20 years now and the allow and approve these new ppl to get their business. They pick and choose who can make comments and the more offensive, Yahoo loves those comments.

AOL email is truly the WORST! They delete all your emails, only to tell you if you want technical support to help, you have to pay $9.95 one-time fee or $15.99 a month recurring fee. You can’t talk to a supervisor and technical support is only able to speak with you after giving aol your credit card information for them to take your money. They are scam artists looking to charge people a recurring fee by continually deleting emails. Do NOT use aol. I would have never used such a joke of an email account, but I was pushed over to them automatically when my Verizon email had a merger with them. I would give zero stars if it were an option. It’s truly terrible and criminal to delete emails just for a money grab.

Yahoo Finance doesn't inform you that your subscription is about to renew. When they recently billed my credit card 350 dollars, I realized that my subscription had been set for another year. They refused to refund me when I contacted them because my subscription was on auto-renew, their default setup. This is a bad business practice by Yahoo.

      Date: 12/20/2023

Yahoo Finance states in several places during the sign up that it is an annual subscription and one must cancel it before the next billing date. The user can cancel the subscription within their account at any time. Please refer to the Terms of Service you agreed to at the time you placed your order for more information about our refund policy.

Having trouble getting into my email that me and my cousin shared and I called support and of course they were no help. The phone number attached to the email we no longer have access to and I really need a verification code out of there but of course you will be extorted and they need an ID in which I dont consent because no other platform does such a thing. I smell a lawsuit coming.

They have no means of challenging rejected comments at all and seemingly no rhyme or reason to why they reject. Too many words are rejected regardless of context, yet creatively spell a racial slur and things are fine. Horrible automated system with no chance for challenging.
