      Yahoo censors comments it does not like regardless of if they violate their "guidelines" or do not.I stated a fact on as comment thread and had my comment rejected. Keep violating our 1st Amendment rights and see what happens.I guarantee you wont like what happens next.

      I know my password but Yahoo suddenly demands I verify it using an email address that no longer exists. **************** tells me its impossible to recover. Pathetic. Now I have a series of accounts linked to my Yahoo address that I cannot update without confirming through Yahoo. Ridiculous!!!

      Yahoo changed their mobile news lists to only show the beginning of news article titles. This is criminal because now users have to actually open the news article to just read the title. Yahoo reaps advertising revenue criminally. This is definitely anti-trust worthy.Yahoo is fraudulently bilking their advertisers.

      I'm locked out of all 3 of my accounts. I called the ***** # for help. I was told that I needed to send a picture of the front and back of my driver's license and to subscribe to a fee of $4.99+tax to fix it. I did all that and after 1 hr on the phone nothing was fixed. The girl helping was clueless, just kept trying to sign me up for the $12.95 monthly charge. I have went online and cancelled that and it says it's pending cancellation. I'm really concerned that they will continue to charge me. I've read several reviews on the same situation happening to others on your site. This company needs to be held accountable.

      The worse cistomer experience. I call and waster 90 minutes on the phone wirh customer service. I was ask to supply a state issue id,which *****, and then was told not berified by third party vendor. How can a state isdie id not accepted. So of course using a third party vendo excludes them ftom any repercussions from the *****************. Little do they know they are respondsible be ause they hire the third party compnay. Also wited 30 minutes to speak with a supervisor. A call center supervisor on a call gor 30 minutes? Funny once i mention that i have been on hold for 30 minutes for a supervisor, o. A recorded line one became available. Do not think i should have to pay to get customer service. Its a fee they say. Att. General of the ***************** would love this. Guess you guys wont be doing business in the state of *******. My rating would be a .i is 100

      I’ve been a customer of AOL for 25 years. In 2013 I switched my payed account to a non paying account. Now, ten years later, I’ve started to get billed for a payed account. I’ve spent hours and hours on the phone asking them to show me invoices from my account in the last ten years. They can not supply any records on my account as it’s a free account. They are charging me for a payed account that I did not authorize. They are taking me to collections for 24.00 which is crazy. They have the worst customer service, I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to resolve this . If they can show me records that there were payments I would understand but there are no records. Is this even legal to start charging someone with no authorization?

      If I could give it negative stars I would. I know my login and PW for my email account but need a code that's being sent to an old phone number. When I call customer service they want me to pay for premium service ($12.95) a month they say. One the premium service is only $5 a month, two it comes with a free trail and three why should I have to pay for premium service after verifying that it is in fact me signing in by sending a photo of my license to them.

      My email password was stolen. I called customer service and got a sales pitch. I chatted online, got a sales pitch. Four days. later and I still can't access my email. I deleted my account. What a joke!!
