      So for the last FOUR YEARS (thats 4) I have not been able to post in the comments section.They will not give me a reason, and when approached on ******** the tweet was blocked (4 attempts).This is one of my first email accounts (so that should give you an idea of its importance to me) I have got.All i want to know is, WHY I have been banned from posting in the comments for this long?I do *not* post racist, insensitive, abusive or any type of phobic comments, ever.Normally i throw some slanderous billboard up (because I'm rich with nothing to do?), and driving out to their office to talk to someone from this country, will be taken as an aggression (laughable), so i thought i would reach out to you through the BBB.The only thing left to do, to get your attention, is a ******* documentary (save me on billboard costs) on how terrible this company turned once sold, how many CEOs this train wreck has lost, etc.. its endless.I digress.. lashing out helps no one but myself.. spend a freakin moment, and help the customers who need it. Don't be a machine.. just communicate, thats all.

      I have been really disappointed with Yahoo. I have been using them for years and they were great but the last 2 months have been horrible. I was locked out of my e-mail and the password, which was saved on my computer and written down in a file, wasn't working. I finally contacted the Better Business Bureau about my issue getting into my e-mail account and within a couple of days I got a call from a tech and he took care of the problem and I was able to sign in. I was very thankful. I would suggest to anyone don't even try to figure anything out with Yahoo since you can't get anyone on the phone, unless you pay, just call the BBB with your issues and they will take care of it quickly. I am changing my server to a company who is user friendly and needed to get into my account to transfer my files over. Yahoo I am sorry you chose not to continue your old business practices because you used to be really good. God bless.

      I knew it was just a matter of time, and now it's official: we have no more control of the Yahoo homepage! As of 3 or so weeks ago, Yahoo has removed the 3 dots which were the "show less publishers" feature on the newsfeed...now all of the publishers I previously chose NOT to be there are all back, and I cannot block them! I have contacted Yahoo so-called "customer service" and flat out asked them: did they remove that feature? All 3 reps told me to go to the website "help.yahoo.com" for the answers to any questions I had...I told them 3 times that the reason I was calling was because the answer to THIS issue was not on there (and for the record, not at all suprisingly, if you ****** the question, you won't get an answer there, either!)...they literally had nothing to say! Now I am forced to have to put up with all their blatant biased garbage...and after having this email for years, just getting a new one isn't an option! Congrats, Yahoo... just when I thought you couldn't sink any lower...

      After many many years with Yahoo, I am fed up with the spam... the filter was never great and the number of daily spam was embarrassing but last November/December something changed on their end and I litterally have been receiving 100/day of spam in my inbox... I tried working with support but they were unable to help and actually hung up on me when I kept saying that it was an issue.... I am deleting my account and can only say that yahoo deserves to go out of business!!!

      I'm being charged $5.00 per month for a service I do not want. Unable to cancel. They keep telling me I don't have an account but I keep getting $5.00 charged to my credit card monthly.

      Yahoo recently published an article on three young rappers who were killed and found in Chicago. Multiple comments to this article were racist in tone and ideology, to which I replied “racist.” Yahoo then allowed a user to reply to me using an incorrectly spelled obscenity, I assume done so on purpose to pass by the censors. Although I received the email yahoo did not post the comment online. Then that same user responded to me again calling me a “faeg.” The yahoo censors apparently thought that slur was acceptable and it is correctly posted online in their comments section. However, when I responded by saying the comments were both racist and homophobic my post was flagged and rejected for violating community guidelines. So just to be clear, it’s ok to post racist views and homophobic slurs but it’s not ok to call those those comments out. I have screenshots of all of this.

      This is CRAZY. I've had my Yahoo accounts for so long, and the minute I get my phone number changed now I have to pay $12 a MONTH just to update my number, or reset my password. Come on, are you guys seriously charging people for the most basic login issues we face everyday? PAY OR YOU CAN'T LOGIN ANYMORE. Do you realize how freaking insane that sounds??

      Yahoo email is free but if a user encounters an issue and require phone support, it a paid service.  It is the users responsibility to keep the account information up to date and current.  Yahoo does offer a one time payment for support.

      These guys are the worst! The same day I cancel my renewal subscription for Rivals, they charge my credit card. I contact them and of course they refuse to offer me any help. They also don’t send out any notice that they are going to charge you. I offered to pay for the month, but they wouldn’t budge. I’m disputing this to the end. What a rip off. They really don’t care about customer service at all because based upon what I see here, they could care less what people think of them. What a great little scam they have going on here!

      Yahoo has reviewed the situation and issued a one time refund.  Rivals is a Auto bill account and does specify that in the terms of service that are signed.
