    Crunch Labs has been an awesome monthly STEM project subscription service for our son. He gets so excited about the next project! The company is reliable, works with you on changing payment date, very responsive and caring in customer service inquiries! We are very pleased with Crunch Labs!

    Crunch labs has been incredible! My kids ages 7 and 8 have learned so much and look forward to getting their boxes each month. When something was broken we contacted customer service and they sent us a replacement part right away. We 100% recommend crunch labs!!

    This is the best STEM subscription box for kids, and weve tried many. The accompanying videos are awesome and the customer service is top notch. My kid looks forward to her box every month. I highly, highly recommend these and tell all of our family friends about them. My only complaint is that they need more boxes and products. I dont know what were going to do when we finish our year long subscription!

    When I signed up my grand-nephew last May for a year-long subscription to Crunch Labs, I put his wrong shipping address by one digit. I was able to update the shipping in my account but not for the first shipment. I called customer service and they confirmed that from the second (2nd) box on the shipping address was fixed, but I would need to contact my local *********** to correct the address on the first box shipped, which I did, and that box and al subsequent boxes have been delivered without issue to my grand-nephew. As for the product itself, as I understand from my niece, her son, my grand nephew, loves the projects and looks forward to each box every month. No complaints from him.

    Daughter loves the build boxes and the videos that come with. On the rare occasion that we have any issues with the builds, we've contacted customer support and they have shipped replacement parts to us quickly. Excellent service and product!
