    They are fantastic. If you have a question, it is promptly answered. The kits are ********** and all three of my grandkids love them. It is also very interesting to see how they grandkids modify the kits after they build them. A big thanks to everyone at crunch labs!

    CrunchLabs customer support is excellent. They are responsive, helpful and polite. We had an issue with a piece of my son's box and they shipped out a replacement ASAP. Highly recommend.

    My son LOVES CrunchLabs! I love seeing him work independently and celebrating the final product. It's awesome for kids with an interest in engineering. We love ******************* and all he does. One of our kits was missing one small part, but still essential to the build. I reached out to customer service and they were prompt with their response and getting it sent right out! :)
