      I requested to have freedom forever solar to give me a quote to have solar power installed at my house. We went through the steps, but i did not allow them to measure or order any materials for the job. I had them cancel the order. Instead of cancelling the order FREEDOM FOREVER SOLAR proceeded to collect money for the job that was cancelled, and had a loan put in my name. I did not authorize this to be done as the order was cancelled by me. I have the emails to prove it. I want this solar power order completely cancelled, and them to give the money back to ********************** and close my account completely.

      The incomplete installation occurred on Jan 29, 2025 Site Surveys were undertaken on Oct. 9, Dec 9, and Dec 29 2024 In all communications with Freedom Forever, I explicitly referenced the need for a 220V outdoor plug for my jacuzzi. The ability to combine the financing of this work along with the solar panel installation was a determining factor in my purchase of solar panels.The installation of the solar panels was completed in one day but the 220V outlet, the subpanel and the ** charger were not installed.I have attempted to contact the Project manager at least 30 times since the installation with 13 calls in April alone. I created a ticket with Freedom Forever "I'm not getting the help I need on my solar project" The issue, I am told, is sitting with the Branch Manager.On April 22 Freedom Forever issued check number 8297 for the sum of $2,000, without my agreement, in order to try to close the issue. That left me well short of the $7,700 to $12,000 quotes that I received to complete the work.

      They came to do a quote on my roof. They incorrectly stated the amount of layers of shingle on my roof. You can only install Solar safely on 1 layer of shingles and they stated that there was 1 layer of shingles. Problem is that there really is 2 layer of shingles which would have required a replacement of the roof as well. This mislead me into starting a project with them.Given this, I cancelled the project, the project has been ultimately cancelled, but they will not process the refund with a third party lender (Mosaic) whom I will also be filing a complaint against.

      I canceled a contract about a week after signing it last august 2024 after learning that Freedom Forever has a strong history of fraud and deceptive practices. In February 2025 I found out there is a lien on my home. I have made many attempts contacting Freedom Forever and ****** loan company on the phone and spoken to many employes from both companies about the issue to get the lien cleared, and was finally told from Mosaic that Freedom Forever refuses to cancel the contract and now I am stuck with that lien in which I cannot take out a home equity loan that I was counting on.I don't know what to do at this point, I just want Freedom Forever to do the right thing and notify ****** that the contract is canceled, but they refuse to do so.Please advise.***

      In April 2025 During interaction with a sails **** I explicitly stated that I did not want to enroll in a $1 million insurance policy. Despite this, your representative assured me that he could work around it and insisted it was no problem. Based on these statements, I proceeded under the impression that the coverage I requested would be honored. I later discovered that this was not the ******* addition, the representative failed to send a cancellation notice to the previous provider I had been working with. This oversight resulted in a $3,500 fine, which I was required to pay within 30 days. When I contacted the company, I was told there was nothing that could be done and that the responsibility was mine alone. Furthermore, the representative advised me to "ignore that company" and assured me that the fine was a scam advice that turned out to be legally and financially damaging.On the advice of a legal professional, I paid the fine to avoid further complications. However, the lack of accountability and professionalism from your team has forced me to switch insurance providers entirely to avoid any future issues.

      There are two issues with the company:I recently entered into an agreement to have a solar system and panels installed on my home by Freedom Forever. After the system and panels were installed, there was an audible noise coming from the inverter box. Upon reaching out to the sales *** (from Vitl) and raising my concern about the noise and possibly switching to a different system, prior to inspection, nothing was done. When the inspector came, he mentioned the noise was a known issue with the system we ordered and there was no current solution. I was told to contact my sale *** about the issue to see what could be done. I reached out to the sales *** and told him I wanted something done to switch the system because he failed to mention the known issue (before the process continued), and we would not have entered into this agreement with this system had we known about the noise issue and it was never disclosed. There was no effort to be made to amend the problem, and getting responses back from the sales *** did nothing to actually address my issue and concern (this occurred late MAR 2025 into early APR 2025).Additionally, in the process of installing the solar panels, the Freedom Forever workers ruined the hanging of permanent Christmas lights on the house. They attempted to fix the issue by re-hanging, but the work was very poor. I reached out to Freedom Forever customer service and was informed they would either send a team to fix the Christmas lights or they would reimburse me for hiring someone to do it, because the lights were supposed to be removed prior to installation - something they did not do. Upon further email conversation with regional ***s from Freedom Forever, they are failing to fix the Christmas lights issue as promised (this occurred late APR and is still currently going on).I want the company to clarify how I can get reimbursed for getting the Christmas lights fixed because I do not trust their work. And I want to get my system switched.

      To better support you, weve assigned a dedicated point of contact to your project. They attempted to connect on May?16th and May?20th, 2025, but were unable to reach you; they will try again on May?21st, 2025. 

      After reviewing your case, we see that your initial claims were submitted on April?9th, 2025. On April?10th, our branch coordinator confirmed a site visit for April?15th to address both the battery noise and the Christmas lights, to which you agreed to. In that communication, we also shared that if you choose to hire a professional to assist with light reinstallation, we would be open to reimbursing the cost upon receipt submission.

      Our branch team explained that the SolarEdge Home Backup Interface operates below 50?dBA, which is within normal manufacturer specifications. ********* does not offer a factory sound-dampening solution, and relocating the unit would require extensive conduit work and can be costly.

      Regarding the lights, the installation crew did repair the ones that were accidentally displaced and also assisted with others. At the time of the visit, you confirmed satisfaction with the service provided. At this stage, no design changes can be made because your project is in its final completion phase and the permits and plans reflect the current configuration.

      The visit on APR 15, the tech looked at the interface, not the battery, since the battery was not the issue. The tech did not look at the lights, except to also confirm the poor execution of rehanging the lights.

      Am I to understand that you will reimburse the light reinstallation by hiring a professional? I was told by customer service on APR 10 you would and then told at a later date by a different person you would not. So what will you do? Saying you are "open to reimbursing" is not agreeing to reimbursing. At the time of installation, I confirmed they did rehang lights, but as I have voiced, I was not satisfied, hence me reaching out. It is not my responsibility, nor do I have the time to stand out with the installation team to get them to fix the lights to the degree that they needed to. This is a failed procedural issue on your end that should have occured PRIOR to installation? I will not be satisfied until you confirm you WILL reimburse and send steps on how to make sure that reimbursement happens. 

      I continue to hear about the  below 50dBA, however, can your team confirm provide evidence of the measurement taken that reads 50dBA or below when the noise occurs? I understand that is how it is meant to operate, but the reality is that is not always what happens. So if you can show me proof that the noise level, when the ringing/buzzing occurs is under 50dBA, I will drop the issue. If not, you cannot stand by that claim.

      I reached out multiple times to my sale person from Vitl, and the Freedom inspection person about my concern with the noise prior to everything being approved, expressed hesitation before approval, and I never heard back in a timely manner to stop forward progress. No one headed my concern and Freedom drove forward. Your company's push to get everything approved and not to field any of my concerns has created this issue and is a customer service failure on your end.

      We also want to acknowledge your concern regarding the noise from the inverter. Solar inverters can emit a humming sound as part of their normal operation, due to their internal fans.       I am in the process of trying to get an estimate, but this is proving difficult since it is the "offseason" for holiday lights. How long do I have to provide an estimate?

      There is nothing that can be done by contacting SolarEdge - all the techs have confirmed it is a known issue and nothing can be done to mitigate the noise; and this is my exact issue. Failure to disclose this to me at any point leading up to the sale or the installation.

      We contacted Freedom Forever about a solar system. They gave us a quote we were approved thru Mosaic for the loan. We canceled the project on 4/27/24 . We have been in contact with them multiple times and still cant get the loan canceled. We did not go thru with the project but now we are being told we have to pay for a loan that should have been canceled on 4/27/24. No one wants to take care of this they just keep pointing fingers at each other. I have filed several cancellation with both companies and still cant get it resolved. I tried to have a conference call with both companies ****** was happy to help Freedom Forever refused to continue with the call. They want me to pay $ ******** for the project that was cancelled

      I am filing a formal complaint against Freedom Forever LLC, its affiliates, ************* (financing company) and sales representatives ****** ****** and ****** ******* ****** for deceptive practices regarding the solar panel installation at my familys home in **************************************************************. ****** and Mr. ****** told my mother this was a government-funded program offering free solar panels to help reduce electric bills. She was never informed it was a 25-year lease totaling over $47,000 or that the federal tax credit would go to the companynot the ************ mother only learned the truth when I, her daughter ****** ******* (co-owner of the home), reviewed the documents. On April 30, 2025, I arrived during the installation and asked her what was happening. She said the panels were free. I told her that wasnt true, instructed her to stop the crew, and asked to speak with the representative.I spoke with ****** ****** and explained the situation. I told him not to proceed and requested all signed documents. He said he would call the company to stop the installation, but it continued and was completed the same day. He didnt respond to messages or phone calls until May 1.That same day, I reported the unauthorized installation to the City of **********. We also contacted Freedom Forever, its affiliates, and the financing company ************* (*********************************************************** | ************** | ****************************** explaining the misrepresentation. Despite this, we are being pressured to finalize the ************ parents are seniors living on Social Security and disability. How could a company finance seniors for a debt of 25 years who live on Social security, putting a financial burden on them.This unauthorized contract creates emotional and financial hardship. We request an immediate investigation, cancellation of the lease, and removal of the solar panels installed without proper consent.Thank you for your attention.

      I received a call from a representative from Freedom business informing me that they have received the complain and they are looking into it. But nothing has been resolved yet, they said they will reach out in a few days. Panels are still on the home, they are aware of the permit being canceled and they informed me that everything is on pause until they speak with their company they said. So nothing is resolved yet and waiting for them to cancel contract, remove panels from property and restore property to original condition. Nothing has been  settled yet, only a call to inform me that they are looking into it.

      I understand you are now saying you are only responsible for the installation of the panels and service. I informed your sales representatives NOT to INSTALL the Panels and they refused to listen to my requests and proceeded with installation. I have also called Goodleap and they are also looking into it as well, I also informed them NOT to charge my mom's account.  You BOTH work together so I am asking for you to REMOVE the panels from Our NEW ROOF especially since the inspection was cancelled and NOW I have panels in my home that are NOT PERMITTED. I am asking again, Remove them. I will reach out again to Goodleap for the status on this claim.  Feel free to contact me.
