      Well I made a call a week ago interference to my solar panels producing 4 to 5 w a day for the past month. They advised that they were going to trouble shooting the problem in about a week. Well, I still am producing the same power and now I have a $230 electric bill for next month. Not sure when this is going to get fixed.... its tough knowing that you pay thousands of dollars for these panels and to find out they stopped working.

      My father tried to do the solar thing. Found out long run costs too much, and tried to cancel. He has been trying to cancel this for 2 months and just kept getting calls about paying. When he told them to email an invoice that took another 3 weeks! They sent him an invoice and hey want to charge him $1000 for "sales **************** I got Freedom Forever on the line, and tried to figure it out but whew! Both gals super friendly on the phone but neither could find the invoice or anything about it being canceled. Still waiting to hear back to see if it was even canceled and regarding the invoice.

      Tho my experience was a little bumpy in the beginning being new with solar it was made smoother towards the end by a wonderful customer service Anzerita. She help and keep me updated and able to answer all questions and concern. She always follow up and on top of things regarding the solar process. Shes so knowledgeable and very kind.
