      Please do not use this company. I got solar with them over a year ago. And last month the inverter went out. The 13th of July and it took until this past monday 15 Aug for a new only for it not to actaully display that it os producing. The company will not call you if it doesnt work you need to monitor yourself. As they did not inform me I figured it out myself and had to call to find out they ordered a new one but it would take a while because of the “supply chain”. I waited for weeks and when I called I found out it was going to be installed but nobody informed me of that either. I also put a claim in back in May because tiles were broken due to part of the install that was never replied to. Their customer service is horrendous. You will have long holds and nobody will call you back even though they say they will. And when you file a complaint through their customer support and you actually put down your information they will still reply back that they can’t find your information. Please save your money and go with a better reputable company. I hope this helps others avoid the bad choice I made.

      Same as some others' experiences. I had solar for less than 2 months and the inverter went bad. After many calls for 6 weeks - with no answers on when it would be in, I am still waiting. They won't reimburse my summer power bills - so now I am paying my solar loan and hundreds of dollars in Florida summer power bills. They use blanket statement of looking at the end of year reimbursement if the solar underproduces as promised. Their customer service has no creative answers and they do not care if their clients are taken care of in the least. I would NEVER recommend a company like this. Look elsewhere for your solar.

      I was offered this opportunity to go solar to save money on my light bill, was offered free house monitoring for 2 yrs,which was Vivint and that was great but the solar panels has been horrible service, it took very long for then to come put out the solar panels, yes we were told it would take a while. We signed off on Feb 2022, panels got put on May 24, 2022, and till this day no inspection has been done. So now I am paying my light bill plus the solar panels. No one has yet to get back to me to tell what was is the hold up. I have sent emails, calls.

      I am thankful for the BBB for being able to get me a response from my solar company. I was contacted today by Nathan, which was a great help, he explained in detail what is going on. It seems my county is running behind with the subcontractors with the solar company which has caused this delay with my solar panels. The great thing is I am being reimbursed what I am paying out to the solar panels since they are not yet active, and he will be in touch with me every week until I get my issue up and running

      Freedomforever (Daniel K***) had a solar unit installed on my roof in October and it died in May and I cannot get any kind of a response to fixing the unit. It is now August and I am still waiting for a reply.

      Terrible 1st we were misled about using our Costco Citi Bank card. We should have gone directly through SunRun from Costco. It’s been 2 months since they installed the panels, the installers told us we would be contacted for a final inspection. I called today regarding the final inspection through the Town of Prescott Valley and was informed the original permit was never picked up prior to install so Freedom Forever installed the panels without the permit! So we’ve been waiting on an inspection that was never going to happen until I called today.

      I read the Corey B review and my wife and I are in the same boat. We have had similar experiences with our service. I also was not told about a battery, so now that is something else we will probably have to deal with. Our panels did not pass the initial inspection and my wife has called several times to get our solar panels fixed so they can pass the inspection, so that we can start using them. She keeps getting the same answer from their customer service reps that we are getting placed on a rush order, yet nothing has happened for 3 months. Meanwhile we are continuing to pay for both the solar panels and our electric bill, essentially doubling our monthly payments. I completely agree with everyone that says "DON'T DO IT, YOU WILL REGRET IT. FIND ANOTHER REPUTABLE COMPANY." I just want this company to make this right.
