Don't let your system fail and you have to have your inverter replaced, it's been 2 months now and still without production. My panels are just sitting on my roof as an investment going to sh.ts. I have called numerous of times and get told the samething "it's on order" you would think they would have inverters on hand but I see not. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Big mistake going with this company!!!
Update....
Tech called Monday to schedule a inverter swap for following friday and on Thursday texted to confirm 9am arrival for the next day, which would be Friday and just like the company's reputation was a no show. Not even a phone call or text, no response to my messages and now it's Saturday and I am sure I maybe another week with out production.. Great Job guys and let's not mention my electric bill is through the roof, I am just grateful I can afford to pay a high electric bill plus the panels payment. I feel only for the families that may struggle if all fails. Stay away from these yahoos!!!
Update.... apparently my inverter was lost and now I'm almost positive I will have to wait another 2 months, please stay away from these guys.. This has been a frustrating experience.. All I keep hearing is wait till the end of the year to see if my production the company estimates has been met if not file some form for reimbursement which is no help for the time being..Freedom Forever, LLC

My system stopped working July 7 2022. I was told it is stuck in night mode. They finally got someone out here today September 7 2022 and he said it would be 3 weeks to get in the parts and another 3 weeks before they could come back. So we are looking at October 19th before its fixed. In the meantime I'm paying the loan and PG&E. They are awful to get ahold of anyone and the lack of communication is very unprofessional.Freedom Forever, LLC

I should’ve followed my instinct and known better than to trust a place that goes door to door to sell a product. Lesson learned. The salesperson told a lot of lies, sat on moving the project through and even submitted it to the denver permits dept without my approval (thus they were permitting something that was not correct). I thus Canceled my contract and after two weeks, they still will not release it and inform the financing company. Awful experience that still won’t go away. Shut your door when these people come by. Do not use this company! We were talked into getting panels from our home security system, what a mistake. Our panels were installed but not hooked up correctly. We've been told they were coming to fix the problem 4 times, and no one shows up. I have read so many a bad reviews with the same problem and I do not believe a single good review is a real customer.Freedom Forever, LLC

1 starI financed my solar with the vent through mosaic freedom forever and Mosaic deal with each other Mosaic told Michael P******* at Freedom Forever LLC that my husband had Alzheimer's they sent back the money that we paid canceled our account then had Michael P******* from Freedom Forever call us I asked him to let me listen to this recording where they're stating that I dated that which is not true he said that if they said it they believe them he has to this day to show me proof of this statement that I was supposed to have made which is fabrication they discontinued me as a customer so my solar which was installed through the vent in October of 2021 have not been paid for they're saying that we can Finance through somebody else and Michael P******* has been very difficult who is at Freedom Forever now mosaic has yet to prove this statement was he basically told me whatever Mosaic said they have a contract with Mosaic they believe them over the customer this is what he said we just want to get financed so we can pay our bill and for this trouble this is crazy egregious hopefully you can help us thank you God blessReview fromMartha R

1 starFreedom forever I want my solar panels removed immediately. Since July 12th, I have had no solar panels working. Your company didn’t inform me. It’s my Cps electric bill for July $550 and now August $745 bills. Plus paying $265 a month. I am a widow on a tight budget.
As of today, I have called the support center & it’s been escalated. No calls back from higher management. I can’t have this type of stress. In the last 3 years, I have lost my husband & mom due cancer cancer & dementia, respectively. ***Review fromLatecia G.

Not surprised by the reviews of this company. There is no quality control in place. I started the process in November 2021 and installation took place on June 13th, 2022. I called my city office on 17 August 2022 and the documented forms were not received. FF finally submitted these documents and the inspection was completed. On August 31, 2022, I contacted GA Power and the forms have not been received yet again from FF. In the meantime, I am being billed for my panels. I then called FF and of course, the customer service agents could only read the notes and said hopefully by the end of the week the forms will be submitted to GA power. Now that I read the notes below I can only pray that my panels will work functionally well. Not impressed with the customer service and the timely submission of paperwork.Freedom Forever, LLC

Like many others have indicated, Freedom Forever has horrendous customer service. My inverter went out on July 27th. I had to find this information out myself when reviewing power usage through the power company. I called Freedom Forever on August 18th and asked what was going on. First, they still had the previous homeowner listed on the account even though the transfer paperwork had been done 6 weeks prior to the call. Then they stated "Oh yeah, we saw your inverter went bad on the 27th. We are getting a new one but we have supply issues so we don't know when we can fix it." They had no explanation for why they hadn't called and informed me. Keep this in mind when considering Freedom Forever. They will not contact you when you have an issue. You will need to monitor your system yourself and be more proactive than them or you end up like me with a surprise power bill. I called again today (30+ days later) to see where the inverter was and Freedom Forever states "We have supply issues. There is nothing we can do." I asked if they will be reimbursing me for power costs due to their equipment failure and their supply issues. Nope! They will not reimburse. Can't recommend this company in any way. Zero communication, long hold times, poor equipment and inability to get supplies to repair their equipment, and leave you stuck with the bill after reneging on their "Freedom from high electric bills." advertisement promise.Freedom Forever, LLC
