      My wife and I were misled by a representative from ***********, a dealer for Freedom Forever Solar. After an ADT install, we were offered a solar panel deal for Florida homeowners. The **** **** *****, insisted that there would be no upfront cost and that we would receive a government-issued check for the full cost of the equipment ($34,000) during tax season.I was skeptical, so I had my wife join the call. After a 48-minute conversation, we agreedtrusting that the information was accurate. It wasnt. As we filed our taxes, we learned the government only offers a tax credit, not a cash reimbursement. Well receive roughly a $10,000 credit, not a $34,000 refund as promised.Weve tried to get a copy of the sales call. Mr. ***** no longer works for SafeStreets. *********** confirmed they have the recording but will only release it with a subpoena.This experience has caused us tremendous financial stress. We never would have taken on a $34,000 loan had we known the truth. We feel deceived and strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with Freedom Forever or their partners.
