      I can only rate **************** Rep ***** was great. She explained steps clearly and was very polite. I just sent an estimate for the damage the installers caused and wont be able to provide a fair review until I have an update. I really hope they take care of it like they should. I recommend everyone get their roofs checked after the installation.

      The representative helped me with my claim request to audit if the solar panels were producing as stated by my contract and was informative. If not I get cash back which was nice to know and that I could do it yearly. Super quick and kind. Wait time for a response on the audit is pretty long but my overall experience was fast and pleasant

      Arieus, The individual that I spoke with today was very professional and very anxious to try to help me with my problem, I have tried since April to get some resolution in up until actually talking with someone. It just seemed like it was never gonna get done. They finally scheduled a technician to come to the site and hopefully well get it resolved.
