      I was really enjoying using you guys for my parts to rebuild my 1999 **** F250 with the V10. I ordered the rear differential cover, and on your site, it came with the gasket. I received the part with no gasket. I chatted with a customer service **** and they sent out another one. That one came in the same way no gasket. I chatted with someone (****) who was very nice by the way, and she finally informed me that it didn't come with a gasket that it was a catalog era. So now I'm having to find a gasket or order one through you guys which now has my build 2 weeks behind. I will be looking for another source. Thank you.

      0 Stars! Worst experience ever! Ordered parts from this company on Nov. 22, 2024. Delivered 11/29/24. Brakes, pads and calipers. $334.92 Guaranteed to fit my vehicle. Appointment with garage 12/6/24. Parts weren't the correct size. Called carparts.com to return. Was sent return shipping labels. Parts came in 2 shipments and I ordered a kit. Received parts back 12/9 and 12/10. Still no refund! They contact me to order more parts from them. Not gonna happen. Getting money back so you can order correct parts is proving to be difficult. I would not recommend this company to my enemies let alone my friends! Run! Don't scroll on their page. Don't waste your time or money! When I spoke to customer service on 12/6/24 she assured me I would receive refund within a week of receiving return. Now it's we have to send the un used parts to quality check first 10 days for that the another 5 to 10 days for refund.

      Ordered ***lacement headlights for a 1994 Chrysler LeBaron; they had them, shipped in good time, upon inspection the spacers to keep the bulbs seated were in many pieces. I could tell that the plastic was molded at too high a temperature making the spacers brittle. The pressure of the retaining ring caused the spacers to crumble. There was no sign of damage due to shipping and I worked in a plastic injection molding shop for many, many years.I asked a service *** to see if ***lacement parts were available and the answer was, No, sorry. Well for me that was understandable and I can make these work quite easily.Four stars for having these old headlights and good price as well as fairly quick shipping. If not for the broken parts along with no ***lacement spacers it would have been Five stars.

      I had a fantastic experience with this company, particularly their customer service. The mirror I ordered was a perfect fit for my vehicle and arrived sooner than anticipated. I accidentally input the wrong address, but a helpful customer service representative quickly corrected it before shipping, saving me a lot of hassle. Throughout the delivery process, I received timely text updates. The mirror was not only significantly cheaper than the dealer's option but also of excellent quality. In fact, I couldn't distinguish it from the original equipment manufacturer's part. I will definitely be a returning customer and highly recommend this company to anyone seeking car parts.
