It took two weeks to get a product that I was told would only take six days. When it arrived, the product was damaged. The product is a car part not cheap when I informed them. They said to go to another website to claim damage parts, so in other words, I will never see my money back or have the right part for the right price. It is a scam. Bottom line if they learn how to pack a box, they wouldnt have broken parts.CarParts.com, Inc.

Purchased a small part (mirror) on a Tuesday afternoon and paid for overnight shipping, expecting to receive my product on Thursday or worst-case Friday. I checked with ***** on Friday and still have not received my package from carparts.com. I reached out to customer service who stated they have a policy to process orders in ***** hour, at 68 hours in process I could not get any help. **************** and multiple escalations told me that all they can do is refund the shipping or refund the order. My part will now not be here until Tuesday at the earliest because "they don't process overnight orders after 1pm on Friday"Stay far away from this company, your time and your money are not a priority, and their customer service is less than great. There are too many other good, solid, reputable car parts company's out there to still have companies like carparts in business. Spend your money elsewhere. I specifically worked with ***** and her supervisor *****, if you get either of these customer service **** I would just try again and hope for a different person.CarParts.com, Inc.

The part I ordered fit perfectly, was reasonably priced and arrived in a week or less. I use CarParts.com for a lot of parts. Never had a problem with them or the parts.CarParts.com, Inc.

Ordered my part Nov 29 and it said it would be delivered on the 3rd then it changed to the 5th i got my part on the 10th *** its not even the right part for my vehicle !! Complete waist of time.the part is going.back and wont use again !!!!CarParts.com, Inc.

I initially ordered a radiator for my 2002 Pontiac on fire On your Carparts.com website, there is no way for me to put automatic or manual in the filter. So I order the first one that pops up. I was informed by a parts specialist. To ensure that I ordered the right part. So I talk with Car parts specialist, and they tell me to order this part so now I am waiting another week for a radiator to come in. Once the radiator actually comes in, I see that it does not fit in my car. It is the wrong part. So I call car ************************** specialist again and they said that the part that the specialist told me to get Previous to the one that I was talking to was wrong. They said there is no way for them to be able to compensate me for the wasted time and money. I have spent waiting on the car part and on the car part itself. Im not even sure where on the website to find the right part at this point because the specialist are telling me its two different radiators. After I order the radiator that is supposed to be for my car its wrong via the specialist who told me which is in no fault of my own. Now I have to ship out the part back to carparts.com to get my refund then order another radiator. Which is only Prolonging me getting my car fixed. And also having me having to spend more money on transportation to get back-and-forth to work.CarParts.com, Inc.

Yes, I would gladly be interested if I could talk to somebody that can guarantee that I dont waste my time or money on the part. Ive already talked to two different parts specialist and they said two different things. Im not even sure who to believe. If I order another part that is incorrect and then it would be a complete waste of time. I honestly dont want to do business with you guys ever again but if its worth it, I will try even when I talk to your manager, it was very passive about it Cutting me off. Im not understanding why people get so hostile even on the phone when Im asking for the wrong doing to be fixed. If you guys guarantee me, the part will fit Ill do it. I would like bare minimum the fees I had to ship at least the radiator that your specialist told me was the one that fit my car. Im sorry that even got to the point of me leaving this comment on the BBB webpage. I tried to resolve it with your management. It did not go anywhere as planned you guys have my contact information.A. W.

So Im trying to order again, which is kind of crazy that Im ordering off of you guyss website even after I had to deal with what I had to deal with. I have been on the phone for an hour with you guys trying to get this $25 off of my $71 purchase. You guys said that Im not able to use my $25 off because of the price range nowhere in this message. Did you guys say that my coupon that was $25 off was limited this is very frustrating. you guys did not resolve this at all. All you guys did was add an extra headache when I go to try to apply it. I am extremely frustrated with you guys. Im trying to order this rim and you guys arent able to give me a discount that you guys promised me this didnt resolve anything I recommend nobody order anything from this website if youre reading this, please do not order from this website. Third Mirror came in broken in the same place. They did not check it before it left the warehouse as promised. I can not believe they would send out the same part that is broken in the same spot. I feel the entire shipment they have in the warehouse is broken. The box was not scratched or have any signs of damage. 1 starThis company is a scam. Paid almost $300 for a new part thats defective. No proper seal and the catalytic doesnt even fit properly. The only resolution they had was sending me another faulty converter using MY WARRANTY I purchased for when the catalytic went out again.
