Neg stars! Bought a part that was told *** would fit my car. After receiving the item and the core sent back to them I got it installed to find out it was the wrong part and will not work with my car. Made a request to send it back and to exchange it for the right part was told I couldnt do tht would have to do a whole another order. I requested my core to be returned because went with another company. Its been since August 28, 2024 I have called at least once a week and I just got the run around then on October 10 2024 was told a shipping label was made but no tracking number. October 25 2024 I called said there was no update was told the same run around that they would look into it asked to speak to a manager was transferred a lady picked up didnt speak so I said hello she responded said hello I asked who was I speaking to no response the 3 mins later she hung the phone up on me. Called back talked to another person was then transferred to a manager was told that it was out of his hands bc I went with a competitor so he couldnt do anything nor tell me if I will get my core back so now Im out of $200 because of them all when it could have been avoid by just doing an exchange. But because they wouldnt work with me I went else where to get it and because they have my core that was told that would be returned to me Im out of the core charge with the other company !!!!!!CarParts.com, Inc.
