1 starTerrible service. Bought parts several times I ordered a new complete mirror for an Escalade When I called to get the glass for the same mirror the woman on the phone had been exceptionally rude on 10/19/24 at 10 am eastern time I told her I had received the glass I ordered that was suppose to fit my mirror but she couldnt understand that the clips on the one they sent dont match . She hung up the phone because she didnt understand what I was saying I called back 5 minutes later and she said hello and hung up the phone again ****************Review fromDedric M

1 starI had a terrible experience. I paid $45 for expedited shipping. I got an email saying that it would arrive the next day. I placed the order on 10/11/24 and they said it would arrive 10/12/24 but it is actually arriving on 10/15/24. What is the point of expedited shipping, if it's not going to get there on time. Absolute waste of money. I needed this part, urgently. However, I'm getting the part on time. I'm getting the part extremely late.Review fromChris W
