      This company promised me my part the next day and once I paid my money shipping changed to two days later. Ok understandable but then I get and email saying there was a complication and it turned into receiving package 4 days later which if I had known this I would have never ordered this part from them. I had a customer that had a customer that was from out of town as needed to be gone by a certain time and now I had to spend more money to get part from elsewhere. Never again will I trust this company.

      Parts took a few xtra days to get to me, my customer was bummed at first but got over it. Ball joint and tie rod ends are on the ****** and its aligned all is good. Parts were worth the money and Ill order from car ************************** again. My first experience ordering from them ended with a win.

      I ordered a part on October 2 and get an email shortly after telling me it was delayed and here it is October 8th and it just showed up. I had to purchase it local because I needed my car sooner than later. I requested to send the part back that I paid $28 shipped and was offered $7.07 and I have to waste my gas to drive it to *****. This company is a scam BEWARE.

      I needed to return a $345 purchase because it was the wrong part. Requested the return, received a shipping label and sent it back promptly. I sent the items back on September 7th. The warehouse received the items on the 11th. Their website says the parts are usually inspected and a refund is issues within 7 days. It's been 13 days and nothing. I've followed up, I've talked to a different people. Yesterday my part was "in line for inspection" and they'll update me when a refund is issued. I'm really struggling right now and they are only refunding me $278 of the $345. Apparently because I ordered the wrong part I'm responsible for the shipping. Which, fine, I get it. I just want my money back so I can forget this company ever existed.
