      Ordered from the company and they took the payment then turned around and took more money as my parts was sent out separately so I got charged double for the parts. They never returned the money they said they hold for a deposit. The last package they sent out got stolen and they told me they couldn't help me even after I filed a police report. Worst company and customer service ever.

      I rate this company with a big "0"!!!!! I ordered front and rear rotors and brake pads for my vehicle but the front brake pads and the rear rotors that I received were not even close to the correct size (both way too small). Since I was trying to get my brakes fixed within the same day, I used the front rotors but ended up buying new front brake pads from Auto Zone. Also, in order to get everything fixed within the same day, I purchased the correct rotors from Auto Zone but used the pads that I had received. When I tried to return the incorrect parts, I was told no way. Now, I AM STUCK WITH A SET OF BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS THAT I'LL NEVER BE ABLE TO USE (I just as well haul them to the dump still in their boxes)!!!!! I'LL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ************** EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

      I've ordered before from them but I got let down today. My order clearly said a driverside headlight at the top which I waited a full week for driving with 1 headlight and I was delivered a passenger side headlight! Very aggravated.

      I have purchased multiple times from Carparts.com with no problems. The parts are good and shipping times are great as well. My issue is that I sent back my old wheel bearing hubs for the lifetime replacement guarantee and have not received my funds. The resolution center emailed me on 7/28 asking if the ** I used was active and if it wasn't they'd issue a check. 7/29 I replied to issue a check and gave my mailing address. It is now 9/13 and I still have not received a check even after speaking with support again through chat. I can provide any documentation necessary. I shop here somewhat often and hope this is not something that ruins my experience in the future.

      Ordered and paid for a set of headlights, they only sent one headlight. Contacted via chat and finally they consent to send the other light. They instead sent a set. Turns out none of them are even for the car I entered into their data base. Decided to order from a more reputable vendor and just return the 3 incorrect lights while letting them know that they had listed the wrong parts on their site. Returned all 3 headlights and they only want to refund me for one headlight. About $100 less than I paid. They wasted 3 weeks of my time when I needed to replace the lights and ready the car for private sale. Tired of being at the mercy of retailers like this. Im going to start vetting everyone I purchase from beforehand through the BBB.

      I bought a set of four rotors with brake pads for my ****** Camry. The website for purchasing seem to work just fine no problems. After placing the purchase when I started getting shipment information, It became confusing. The partner that I purchased all of a sudden there were two. To avoid any confusion I contacted carparts.com on their chat page after some lengthy conversation and some confusion on their end. I finally figured out how they sell the bundle but because it's drop shift it comes across as multiple kits for front and back. They blamed it on the fact that it's handled by the manufacturer. That's a cop out because as the reseller you should be owning that and you should know exactly what things and how things are presented to the customer. Second was a shipping issue. My package was supposed to arrive September 2nd but because of the holiday it got pushed to the third. Okay great. Then I get an email from carparts.com stadium that it's been pushed out to the 4th. I was not happy about that and when I contacted them by chat he said it shows in my system that it scheduled to be delivered on the 3rd. I sent him a copy of the email that I got from carparts.com stating the 4th. He indicated that that was not accurate. Then why send out the email? After another lengthy conversation (the same day as my other issue / call). The *** told me that everything was scheduled to arrive today September 3rd. I was expecting the packages ***** arrived I went out and checked and I only have one of two boxes. This is my front set of rotors and pads. I go check tracking only to find out that the second box will not arrive until tomorrow. Unacceptable!! The mishandling of information the complete lack of knowledge as to what's happening the poor communication in email and website and now I get half my order today and I'll get the other half tomorrow ***** was in my driveway why aren't they both here now I have to wait another day to get the vehicle back on the road.
