      Everything went really well. The only bummer was when I returned the item. And shipping fees were added in ,etc. I ended up losing 20.*****

      Hi ******, Thank you for sharing this review. Based on our records, the Front, Driver Side Door Lock Actuator was returned because it was no longer needed. We offered you a discounted return label and cost of which will be deducted on your refund total. One of our representatives explained about the label we sent for the return of the part. Thank you.

      Incorrect part was shipped. Harmonic balancer. I selected the my vehicle on carparts website and the website verified that this hrmonic balancer will fit your vehicle that you selected and I proceeded with payment. I was charged full price and week late I received the part. When I installed the part it broke my supentine belt and then I matched it with old part it showed timing marks little different. I still thought that since this is new part it would have the correct marks.After it broke my belt I took tha Harmonica balancer off the vehicle and contacted carparts they said sorry we can't take your return we can request for 20$ ... My car is still down and I can't commute to work and they are sitting and telling me they can't accept return. Since wrong part was shipped. I'm like first they ship me wrong part. Then they had audacity of think that I'm supposed to perform a quality control on their behalf to measure and analyze if they have shipped the correct part.This is beyond ********. Pardon my French but this unacceptable When inplaced an order on their website, it confirmed that shipped part will fit my vehicle and now since it didn't they are not cooperating at all basically mocking at my situation.I am unable to commute to work and my car is still down and yet they are not taking the ownership to their fault and resolve my issue. This has caused me tremendous amount of inconvenience, not to mention the time I had to spend and waist to go back and forth to their email and no help yet.I am hoping to get the new replacement part and return label for this wrong part that they sent. This has has been so stressful situation

      I received the part I ordered within a reasonable amount of time and it was at a very good price point. Unfortunately, I need to return the part as it was not the cause of my vehicle's problem. That process is also very smooth which I appreciate.

      Returned brand new headlights with RMA Mxxxx3733456, box unopened. They were received by the Chesapeake warehouse on 8/13/24 and I still haven't received my refund on 8/26/24.

      I ordered a part on Aug 17. Its now Aug 26 *** ex still says it hasnt received the package . Ive made 8 or 9 phone calls wasted countless hours and now Im told they cant process a refund until the order processed .Well the order is never going to process therefore they cant give me a refund because their warehouse is never going to get the package to Fed Ex. I will never order from this company again and will file a lawsuit or more complaints if I dont get a refund for this item.
