      Parts are great, fit perfect. However, their shipping and deliver needs help. I was surprised to get a part on a Monday- but they didnt actually ship it until Tuesday, got it on a Friday. I give them a call, on a Tuesday morning, they overnighted a replacement part deliver Wednesday. I gave them 4 stars for standing by their shipping, getting me the part I needed ASAP. I plan on using them in the future. Part was a perfect fit, easy to install. I would have given 5 stars, but shipping was late.

      My experience was great, I accidentally ordered the wrong part. They were great in helping get the right one. Then there was actually more damaged than we thought and had to return the part, and they were great.

      I ordered a power steering pump for my car on April 14th. $98.06 was taken out of my account. According to their tracking information they used ***** to ship the package. It never arrived. I had to purchase the part locally so I could get my car fixed. The mechanic who was helping me out had a deadline. I was on the phone at least half a dozen times trying to get a refund. Then it became a stream of emails. At least 17 currently. They use a company called Extend to insure their packages. Initially they wanted me to file the claim with Extend. I had requested they do it. They said OK and then sent me instructions on how to do it. I tried and was unsuccessful. Extend wanted documentation of the shipment that only CarParts had. I finally got them to file the claim on my behalf. Extend eventually sent me an email with a link to a giftcard for $67.13. No explanation of what kind of gift card, what company it's with, nothing. I did not click on the link. I once again have emailed CarParts and am awaiting a reply. It's now May 1st and I'm still out almost $100. I'm a senior living on a limited budget. I don't have a hundred bucks to spare. I have spent hours trying to get this resolved. My advice DO NOT USE CARPARTS.COM!

      Got calipers for my 2014 **** flex SEL 220 dollars I spent on them got them and they were to small , I called them to let them know and they said I only had thirty days but upon looking at the return policy online it clearly says I have 60 yet they don't stand by their word when I sent them an email with their logo their business email attached to that they said they can only do 30 days and all I want is the correct sort not my money back this is bad business and not acceptable at all pretty much being a thief in my book and ripping off a customer you got the part wrong not me after me sending you the correct make and model of my car I sit here with useless parts and they don't stand by their word so I'll never buy from them again and I spent over 2000 in parts they got that one wrong and yet I sit here with no part from my car . This is not ok at all .

      Terrible!!!I bought a window regulator part for the first time using car parts com. The mechanic installed it and it broke a few weeks later. We figured it was a fluke, got another part through the warranty and it also broke. I followed the steps to get paid for the labor and they denied me. They had the audacity to say it was my mechanic with twenty years experience that installed the Chinese part incorrectly TWICE. A superior ******** part is working wonderfully. Shame on you for ripping off the American consumer.

      I was only offered a 25% coupon off my next purchase. I will never buy anything from them and will continue telling my story. I asked them to please come to ******* and observe how my new ******** auto part is working wonderfully. Talk about adding insult to injury. The person who left this answer didn't even know that Carparts.com does offer labor reimbursement. Also, the customer service is based overseas. Terrible answer.

      Always have had a good experience with CarParts.com. Always have what I need, gets delivered in a timely manner, and always correct. Had one issue with a defective part over the past 2 years and I was able to speak to an agent and it was taken care of immediately. Great customer service !
