      Everytime I ordered from this company my order was delayed, and recently I ordered 2 parts and decided to cancel the order the next day, and All of a sudden it was already shipped, to make matters worse they claimed that one of the parts was delivered and sent me a picture claiming ***** left it by my door, but it was left by the wrong apartment and when I contacted them they claim that their not responsible for stolen items when it was either their mistake or *****'s so I'm out of my money and my parts, because of their incompetence,I strongly suggest people reconsider when it comes to dealing with this company cause they're not reliable and they don't work with you to resolve any issues that might arise

Upon our investigation, the apartment number we have on our record is C14 and not C25. Your order was placed online, and we don't have control over what information you want to put in while placing an order. There was an order confirmation email that was sent to you after you placed the order with your information, including the shipping address. Unfortunately, the package was delivered to the address that we originally had, and there's no way for us to retrieve the shipment anymore. We have seen the email you sent to us on July 20th requesting to cancel the order; however, due to the unprecedented number of emails we are receiving, we aren't able to reply to you immediately. Aside from that, the order was shipped out the same day you sent the cancellation request, so it will be too late to cancel the order by that time. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We know this is not the outcome you were expecting. Rest assured that we are continually working on improving our service so your feedback is appreciated.       Thiefs! I ordered a set of fenders, they charged my card and sent an email with track info saying they had shipped. Check the tracking and all looked good. Two weeks later I received emails saying the parts were delayed. Then suddenly I received an email that I was being partially refunded. Reached out to get the full refund only to be told that two partial refunds were issued, but they wouldn't refund shipping. Shipping that NEVER occured!

      WARNING (BE CAUTIOUS IF DEALING WITH CARPARTS.COM) I Purchased a Bumper Cover. The Bumper Cover came. I delivered it to the Body Shop along with a few other items. I took some off work and left my Vehicle at the shop to be repaired. The Next Day, he Body Shop called me. The Guaranteed to Fit Bumper Cover that carparts.com sent did not Fit. (It was way too small) I contacted carparts.com, spoke to an agent about the situation, even sent pictures. I was told that I was going to have another Bumper Cover ship to me because they believe that the wrong part was sent to me. The next day, I received an email from carparts.com stating that, they would not be able to replace the bumper cover because it has been modified (Painted). It is not a customers fault that carparts.com shipped the wrong part especially after there was a Guarantee to Fit Warranty. It was a huge loss for me. I did not get a refund and I ended up missing more time off work because I had to order the part from somewhere else. Meanwhile, my car is already taken apart and not drivable because its waiting on parts. P. S. I only gave them a ?? because I had to in order to post my warning!

      I needed brake pads for a Turbo Regal and consulted the installer prior to grabbing my preferred brand (Akebono). It was suggested I try Powerstop pads as installer uses them frequently and receives good reviews. I searched a couple sites and found best price, with coupon, from car parts.com . Ordered them and they shipped quickly. Parts arrived in good order. Checked box and noted the brakes were sealed in plastic and had a date of approximately 16 months old. Seemed ok I took new pads and rotors to installer on July 2nd to install. Installer stopped and showed me the pins included in set that were too short for the Brembo calipers that are standard on car. He would have to use original parts in order to prevent damage to car, wheels, or occupants. I alerted the manufacturer and as a courtesy did so via review at Carparts.com . Since then I have been barraged with emails demanding more information. Its downright harassing at best. They want to know the vehicle model and engine for which you already fill out on their site before getting confirmation of fit. I was clear that reseller was not to blame, however the part should be removed from site and offering until manufacturer can update list and correct parts. Nope, Carparts.com appears to be making consumer out as culprit. Why ??? Poor service and a repeat visit will never be considered nor referrals now.

      CarParts. com is an awesome site to find what I need for my truck. Great prices, easy to order. Enter my truck info, then I have all kinds of parts to choose from. Thank you Now DLS delivery service, they need to learn to read addresses. They have delivered to the wrong address twice so far, thankfully I was able to recover my items. Doesn't make you look good when my parts go somewhere else..
