I ordered a bumper and grill that came as a set. The bumper arrived broken. I immediately contacted carparts to advise them of the situation. Carparts rep advised me to discard the first bumper and immediately shipped me a new bumper. On top of that I found I had no use for the grill, car parts let me do a partial refund and send back the grill. This Company stands behind their products and provides great customer service.CarParts.com, Inc.

I was charged $364.61,$364.61, $298.97,$30.76,$30.76 for a single order $364.61. When I called to get an explanation **************** rep yelled at me the entire time instead of explaining where my money went. This place cannot be trusted.CarParts.com, Inc.

Terrible shipping service. Website tells you on Wednesday that your part is being delivered on Saturday. Place the order and it changes the delivery date to Monday. Switched to overnight shipping. It's Monday and the part is still delayed. All customer service will tell you is to call fed exCarParts.com, Inc.

Their website charged me before I was able to see the subtotal. I was comparing prices for an alternator and when I pressed next they charged my card. I immediately called their customer service line and was able to talk to someone within 8 minutes and 30 seconds. This person put in a request to cancel the order, but the next day I got a shipping confirmation number. So I called again and they said they would get it re-routed back to the warehouse. Then today I walk downstairs and I have received the alternator. Now theyre making me pay to return it even though every person on their customer service line couldnt do what they said they were going to do and their website charged me early.CarParts.com, Inc.

Again, what was shown and the head topic as written is NOT what I got , So Buyer be Aware!!!! They claimed , I received what I ordered, which is true, that's not what I wanted. CarParts.com is deceiving customers into thinking they can receive their order on a Saturday and then proceed to mention in the shipping details on the website that orders are not in fact received on Saturdays and Sundays. No one is going to review this information if it says at checkout they can expect it on Saturday. Boldly lying and misleading customers to pay a high rate for next day shipping. I wont be purchasing anything again but I hope this is rectified for future customers like myself. After chatting with customer service, I was refunded the next day fee. However, for the sake of their consumers, they need to change the checkout option that shows Saturday as an expected delivery day.CarParts.com, Inc.

I made a purchase of ******* they said it was a funds hold they then billed me for each part again the next day and refused to do anything about it. I had to do a charge back with my bank. I then had to call them and tell them to stop the shipment I wouldn't be responsible ....if they even sent it. Bottom line they will charge you twice and refuse to make it good total scam outfit. Be nice if BBB would do something but they won'tCarParts.com, Inc.

Unauthorized charge on debit card. I ordered a shock and strut kit for my vehicle, total for parts, taxes and shipping was X amount. Next day about 18 hours later I have an alert on my card for another $92 with no warning or explanation. Called customer service and got ran around for half an hour. Told me that it was a security hold to my card to insure purchase amount, then I was finally told it was extra shipping charges. And these were accrued due to parts shipping from different locations. If this was the case, that should have been included on the order when placed, not the next day. Asked for a supervisor and was told that they were seeing same screen as representative, never talked to anyone else. They did refund the amount back to my account.
