      Wish I could give zero stars. Was told item was instock and would receive in a week. Waited day before it was to be delivered and was told the item is through a 3rd party made to order and would take another Month to receive. Very misleading and then to cancel the order since they lied takes two weeks and possibly not at all if the item is already shipped or made when it NEVER said it was made to order it said in stock. Won't buy from them ever again. Worst experience ever.

      This is a bad parts company. I purchased a head gasket set after reading good reviews on it. I got the gasket set and they were of bad quality and after taking whole engine apart and using it it leaked. I then did a review and they didnt put it up and also cleared my purchase history so it says I never bought anything.

      placed an order on Feb 21st for a side mirror and a set of headlights . delivery wasn't quick and I only got the mirror . then I did'nt get an updated tracking number for the headlights till I called ..finally got that taken care of .and then only got one headlight . had to call again . still waiting on the other headlight February 27th . still not happy

      I contacted carpartcom about items missing from my order. They said the would take care of it no problem. What they did not tell me is that they would be charging my card AGAIN and send replacement. I have now paid for four sets of headlights. They did send a shipping label to return that ones missing items and I'm assuming then refund the money. However, I did not approve the transaction for the replacement and have reported it to my bank. I do plan on sending all parts back for a refund at this point.

      I have ordered several components from CarParts.com. All of them have been as advertised and of great quality. I had a problem with a defective headlamp. They quickly honored the warranty and sent a replacement within days. They also emailed me a free return shipping label. I will continue to use them in the future for my auto parts and accessories. Great customer service and support!

      I bought a tailgate handle for a 2010 ****** Tundra in2018. I bought a one time lifetime replacement warranty for that part. The handle broke in February of 2023. Car Parts sent a new one with no questions asked.

      Do not use they sent the wrong part 2 times and customer service hung up on me not wanting to resolve the issue, took them over 12 days to attempt to send correct part still arrived wrong
