      Excellent service and very knowledgeable sales and tech support. Shipping and delivery were very quick. And most of all, the prices were very reasonable.

      Ordered a pair of headlight assemblies for 2014 Nissan Altima. Received shipment notification that very afternoon. However, next day I received an email stating that one of the headlights was out of stock and was on backorder. Called CarParts directly and they were very accommodating. Issued RMA for the one headlight that shipped and then transferred me to parts solution expert to identify alternative options for the headlight assemblies. They were slightly more expensive (approx. $12 each) but considering work schedule, I was comfortable with the additional cost. Received headlight assemblies 2 days later. Installation went smoothly and headlights look great!
      Very pleased and satisfied.

      Ordered a package and it was open and parts missing I called to speak to them and was asked why are calling what is it you want a new box I asked to speak to a supervisor and was denied i called back three times and each time I'm being told no supervisor will be able to speak to you

      Three orders in last month fast service had all the parts I needed with great price . Didnt understand one charge on my account . Called customer service representative was very understanding and explained it in a way that I could understand. Was very polite was concerned about my question wasnt in a rush because I had to look up some information on my end no rush no hurry and I look forward to shopping with him again when parts are needed .

      20 year old Mercury Grand Marquis hit by an uninsured motorist. Car repair shop quoted over $2600 for repairs. After buying 3 parts for total of $450, a different shop (with great reviews) will repair for $870. Thank You CarParts

      when we order apart from carparts.com all went well on our first and second orders, however on the third order we placed with carparts.com. the initial order was process as we could expect, however with the delivery which was not received. We contact carparts.com to process a return order, not a refund and to our satisfaction the carparts.com delivery Person ******************* ** we great respect and process our reorder and provided excellent service. We were a bit apprehensive because as we notice from previous experiences that companies are not receptive to acknowledging a error on their part or even with the delivery which is normal done by a third party such as **** or ***** or even ****** However, the customer service representatives, **** welcome to help ** and even provide a rush on our order and waive any delivery fee and return our shipping charges. Thus, the experience was a delightful experience shared with them.

      Everything went well with my initial purchase. The check out process went smoothly, and the part arrived on time. However, the return and replacement process did not go quite as well. I am still waiting for a representative to contact me regarding a orice match on the upraded replacement part I wanted. I eventually purchased the part from a competitor. I could not find a customer service phone number on your website, and *****, the person on the "chat" line, could only provide a quote on the new part. I finally "googled" your customer service number and received the help I needed from a pleasant and professional customer service representative. Nevertheless, I will try you again.
