      I bought a side view mirror, but after installing it on my vehicle, I found out I was having temperature and a/c function problems. It turns out it was because the mirror was not equipped with an ambient temperature sensor, my a/c and temperature reading would not work right. I returned the mirror and was refunded the cost immediately! Great customer service!

      Received two orders with no problem. Last order took five phone calls to resolve. The first three promised to put a tracer on the order and get back to me. They never did. The last one of those even said he would call back that day after I said no one had responded before. He never called. Today, the first agent took four tries to enter the order number correctly, then the call got cut off. Last one today said the order was lost in shipping and I would get a refund. I understand orders get lost, but five calls and ********************************************************* even ask if I was still needing the headlights.

      Higher level customer service rep was responsive and helpful. Refunded shipping charge on re-order. It arrived with no problem. It seems like the company ultimately wants to get it right. The entry level customer service was too bound to their script and limited to "We'll check on it and get back to you" answer. I will order from them again, as my orders have usually been handled well.

      This FRAUD company wiped my bank account down to 2 cents!!!!! Never do business with them they will ***** you over. I have bills to pay and they fraudulently took money from my account multiple times until they brought me down to nothing! How do they have a A+ from BBB?!? This is a very bad company! They lied and said they released my funds back but the bank said they didn't. So I called them back and they admitted they DID not release my funds! Lying thieves! What a disposable business!

To explain our process, the first or initial charge that you see in your account is the Pre-authorization. An authorization is just a hold for the order amount, and this is the usual bank practice for electronic transactions. The authorization allows us to verify your card information for security purposes. Nevertheless, we will review the things you mentioned so we can address it accordingly.

      Horrible and highly confusing multi-parts ordering billing process.. ordered five different type of parts and paid for them all at once.. Carparts.com will first bill the total amount of parts and then will credit the total amount first billed.... Then as each part is shipped your credit card will then start to be individually billed for each part/s as they are being shipped.. however it is not clear which part is being billed and shipped and you have to log in to find out.... As for shipping process not the best as my parts have been delayed at least three times over the course of a week using ***** but when I first ordered I paid more for expedited shipping but since I did not get my parts in time based on the paid delivery timeframe Carparts.com will not reimburse you for the delayed delivery... of course Carparts.com will say "we don't deliver the parts our delivery partners do" (excuses).... Now their support staff are good and very friendly.... Consensus: average overall service... also don't bother paying for expedited shipping because they won't arrive in the original ordered timeframe provided.... Order your parts well in advance to avoid frustration.. will definitely search for an alternative online car parts ordering company

      As I discussed with you, multi-item orders and set parts are sometimes shipped in multiple packages. We ship from the warehouse closest to you, where an item is in stock to ensure timely delivery of your product.

      At the time of purchase, a pre-authorization is done on your card for your full order total if you paid via debit or credit card and as your order ships, we charge you (in increments, if you've ordered multiple products shipping from different warehouses) but the charge will never exceed the order total. Upon checking, a notification email was sent to you to provide you with an update regarding the partial shipment and charges. I can see that your order has been delivered on the 10th and 12th of December. Nevertheless, we will relay your feedback to our designated team so we can check how we can improve our service further.
