      Place is a joke ordered my part over a week ago was supposed to be here in 2 days guaranteed but its still not here its been over 7 days now contacted them to cancel my ordered they didnt cancel it said it was already shipped out which was a lie it wasnt looks like Im just going to get screwed out of my money by them would never recommend ordering from here place is junk !

      I was sent a message that my shipment was delayed and upon chatting with customer service I realized that it was my own error. I want to mention how Maverick went above and beyond to make sure that my shipment went out and I received it the next day. He was friendly knowledgeable and extremely gracious. You have a great employee there. I work in the service industry and employees like him are hard to find.       This company was supposed to send me a 2014 **** A4 2.0L engine with 65K miles. Instead they sent me a 2012 2.0L that doesn't even fit in my car with 80K miles. Do not do business with this company.

      Car ************************** is garbage.I bought windshield wiper cowl grilles for my F150 based on what was being presented to me as a fit. Long story short, I received the parts and they didn't fit. I requested a return/refund online. Shortly after completing my refund request, I received an email stating that they were keeping 30% of my initial payment and plus I would have to pay for shipping it back. When I contacted Carparts, they essentially claimed I ordered the wrong part When I told them that was the part they said would fit, I got the run around.Stay away

      Parts fit. Worth the price. Shipping *****. Had to purchase the parts at an auto parts store because of delay. I took the box directly to shipping on the date received. Carparts.com has received the package but has not processed it yet. No other complaints.
